The rope balancer software can be adapted flexibly and quickly to individual requirements. For customers who need support in integrating an existing or new load handling device into the handling process or linking the assembly line control system to the rope balancer control system.
Such projects are implemented, for example, in the automotive industry or semiconductor technology.
The challenge here is to quickly understand the customer’s work processes and find a cost-effective, tailor-made solution.
The handling device is an electronic rope balancer called Wizard. It is available as a rail or column device for various weight classes up to 600 kg and impresses with many technical details. And these are what make the difference.
For example, an aluminium articulated arm that can be fully extended, i.e. used over its entire length, and makes work easier for the operator thanks to less torsion and lower operating forces. Another advantage is the rotary joints integrated into the operating handle and the column, which allow endless rotation of the load and the boom arm.
An integrated measuring cell perfects the running behaviour of Wizard, as do high-quality bearings in the inner and outer arm segments. These are connected by a standard double centre joint. This allows every point within the arm radius to be approached. Programmable inputs/outputs (I/Os) on the control head and drive are standard on LIFTKON. The W600 R rail device is a further development of the basic devices. It is a new development that can lift loads of up to 600 kg. It was developed in response to customer requirements for moving heavy loads of up to 600 kg, for which no optimal solutions had yet been found. The W600 R can therefore lift significantly more than previous devices, but otherwise scores with the same technical features as its sister models.
