What You Will Do
• Design and Develop interconnect solutions around customer specific projects and applications.
• Propose and agree a business strategy together with the Regional Sales manager and business units for the territory to ensure continued growth.
• Prepare and agree an annual sales forecast in keeping with the business strategy for the region that meets the entity’s goal for sales growth.
• Develop integrated solutions for customers, project managing, developing relationships both internally and externally.
• Track and maintain activities in Sales Force system.
• Provide marketing intelligence on competitor activity and market trends as requested.
• Expectation to quickly collect and analyze data to make effective business decisions, which are consistent with the operating policies of the Company.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Electrical/mechanical engineering degree is preferred – any additional relevant business/marketing studies are an advantage.
• Proven experience as a technical sales engineer with an in-depth knowledge of demand creation.
• Proven sales or marketing experience.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Skilled at delivering solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Commercially focused with effective project management skills.
• Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills.
• Highest level of accountability and urgency.
• A confident negotiator with excellent communication and presentation skills.
