Role
As an independent Field Sales Engineer, you work from your home office and take pride in actively developing the market with unique and innovative products. You enjoy travelling frequently, building strong on-site customer relationships, and maintaining them with enthusiasm. Your technical understanding enables you to quickly grasp customer applications and guide them toward the most promising solutions. Your insights and market observations flow into the sales meetings at our headquarters in Rain (Switzerland), where you also take on budget and revenue responsibility for the Austrian market.
Qualifications
– Technical education and solid experience with professionally structured sales methods
– Charismatic personality who inspires customers with creative solution approaches and confident communication
– Strong self-motivation and excellent organizational skills to consistently achieve sales goals
– Persuasive negotiation style, with excellent communication skills in German and English
– Experience in industrial automation (capital goods), ideally in drive technology
