What You Will Do
– Drive profitable growth within the defined customer base
– Build and maintain a long-term profitable relationship with the customer at all levels of an organization
– Captures both technical and commercial customer requirements in collaboration with Business Units Design and develop interconnect solutions around customer specific projects and applications
– Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
– Actively maintain updates and create reports using the Salesforce tool to support the business forecast
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
– Electrical or mechanical engineering degree is preferred – any additional relevant business/marketing studies are an advantage
– Experience as a technical sales engineer with an in-depth knowledge of demand creation
– Proficiency in initiating Engineer-to-Engineer discussions
– Fluent communication skills in German & English Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
– Ability to prioritize and operate independently and effectively
– Willingness to engage in frequent business travel within the DACH region (up to 80% of the time)
