Your responsibilities
– As a sales driver and trusted advisor, you will represent WERMA WeASSIST and support the entire sales process – from initial customer contact to successful project completion, including commissioning
– You will actively acquire new customers and strategically develop existing customer relationships.
– You will conduct live product demonstrations (remotely and on-site)
– You will analyze production and logistics processes, identify optimization potential for our customers, and develop tailored solution concepts
– You will bear commercial responsibility for your projects: pricing, discounts, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations
– The focus is on projects in Germany and Switzerland; international projects are also possible depending on your interests

Your profile
– Technical degree or vocational training (e.g., electrical engineering, automation technology, production engineering, industrial engineering)
– Several years of experience in solution sales or technical consulting for industrial hardware/software systems
– Understanding of Industry 4.0, machine communication, and production digitalization
– Basic knowledge of process optimization and lean management in production
– Willingness to travel extensively and enjoyment of direct customer contact
– Fluent German skills and good knowledge of English
