YOUR TASKS
• Routine work on CNC-controlled machine tools and conventional lathes as well as checking the dimensional accuracy of the manufactured components
• Manufacture of jigs, injection moulding and punching tools from normalie to finish
• Assembling individual parts into finished tools and checking their correct functioning
• Manufacture of prototypes and samples in a wide range of materials (steel, aluminium, plastic)
• Maintenance, servicing and repair of tools, devices and machine tools
WE EXPECT
• Completed vocational training as a tool mechanic (m/f/d)
• Independent and self-reliant way of working
• CAD/CAM knowledge is desirable
• Experience in setting up, programming and operating eroding machines desirable
