** PCP progressive cavity pump – precision dosing with a system **

The PCP pump series (Progressive Cavity Pump) from DAV Tech Germany GmbH sets new standards in the field of micro-dosing. With a powerful encoder motor, these volumetric pumps ensure highly precise, repeatable delivery – regardless of inlet pressure, medium temperature, or viscosity.

An integrated retraction function reliably prevents run-on and keeps the pressure at the outlet stable. The selection of different material combinations (e.g., PEEK housing, ceramic rotor, elastomer stator) ensures maximum durability, even with abrasive or heavily filled media. The compact design also simplifies maintenance.

With variants ranging from the smallest model (≈ 0.005 ml per revolution, up to ≈ 0.6 ml/min) to the powerful large version (≈ 2 ml per revolution, up to ≈ 280 ml/min), PCP pumps offer an impressive range. The dosing accuracy is ±1%, while the inlet pressure, delivery pressure, and viscosity (up to 500,000 cPs) can be individually adjusted.

Seamless integration into automation solutions—such as 6-axis, SCARA, or Cartesian robots—and flexible control via shot, steady, or fill mode (including PLC connection) make PCP pumps the ideal choice for demanding industrial applications.
