The PDP pump series from DAV Tech Germany GmbH offers innovative, compact, and extremely reliable solutions for the volumetric dosing of 2-component media. Its precise dosing of ±1% is independent of pressure, viscosity, or temperature. The versatile range (PDP-015 to PDP-1000) covers dosing volumes from 0.03 ml to 2 ml per revolution and mixing ratios from 1:1 to 10:1.
Thanks to their modular design and material options such as PEEK, ceramic, or elastomer, the pumps are particularly robust – even with filled or abrasive media. They feature an integrated retraction function for clean dosing start-up and enable easy automation thanks to their compact design and robot compatibility.
