By using fieldbus technology, we enable fast work cycles and the prompt exchange of current system parameters. Interfaces for bar code readers and downstream control systems are already integrated so that operating data and information from our customers IT (for example from SAP) can be easily connected.
For all types of packaging — whether film, paper, small load carriers or cardboard boxes — we offer comprehensive labeling options, including variable data combinations, such as bar or data matrix codes. These markings are supplemented by product and manufacturing information as well as graphical elements and assembly instructions to make labeling your products as simple and effective as possible.
Downstream checkweighers provide detailed information about the completeness of the parts to be delivered and thus contribute to quality assurance. Package leaflets or labels are added to the finished containers in order to provide intralogistics with further data, such as which container is married to which product.
