AutoPlan – Automated Rough Plant Planning for Highly Automated Production Lines
AutoPlan is an intelligent software solution for the early-phase planning of highly automated production lines. It supports planners and engineers in developing robust and comparable layout concepts at a very early stage — long before detailed CAD planning or external engineering services are required. The software is specifically designed for complex, automation-heavy environments such as Body-in-White (BIW) production lines and battery-cell production systems, where numerous resources, tight dependencies, and high investment costs demand well-founded decisions from the start. Based on defined joining and process sequences, AutoPlan automatically generates multiple layout variants with minimal input. This enables fast scenario creation and structured comparison of alternatives, significantly reducing manual effort, planning time, and uncertainty in early project phases. AutoPlan provides transparency where rough planning is often driven by assumptions. Integrated evaluations and dashboards allow users to compare layouts objectively based on key metrics such as space requirements, resource utilization, costs, cycle times, and overall system performance. Iterations that would normally take weeks can be completed in a fraction of the time. By standardizing and automating rough plant planning for highly automated production systems, AutoPlan creates a reliable foundation for downstream detailed planning and helps teams make confident, data-driven decisions for complex industrial projects.

3D-ProSim – Intelligent Offline Robot Programming & Simulation
3D-ProSim is a powerful software solution that redefines how glazing robot tasks are programmed and simulated. Traditional robot programming often relies on teach-in procedures or proprietary robot languages, which requires skilled personnel, production downtime, and manual effort. With 3D-ProSim, you can now perform complete offline programming of glazing robots directly from your PC using an intuitive interface — no teach-in at the robot, no coding knowledge, no complex robot languages required. Work on a digital twin of your glazing line, set teach points directly on the 3D model of your part, and let 3D-ProSim automatically calculate optimized machining paths. These trajectories can be exported as robot programs with a single click. The software also simulates robot movement, turntable motion, and glazing results — including film thickness and material consumption — in a 3D environment that reflects your actual production cell. The benefits are significant: minimize production stops by doing robot programming offline, increase resource efficiency through precise and optimized paths, reduce scrap and material waste, and boost throughput with faster and more accurate robot processes. 3D-ProSim also helps address the skilled labor gap by reducing dependence on expert robot programmers and manual glazing tasks, allowing your team to focus on high-value production work instead. 3D-ProSim brings automation, clarity, and performance to your robot programming workflows.

SwitchLay – Automated Control Cabinet Layout Design
SwitchLay is Adalogic’s software for automated control cabinet layouting. Create your schematics and bills of materials in your ECAD system — SwitchLay does the rest: with a single click, it generates efficient, rule-compliant, and valid enclosure layouts, helping you save engineering time, use resources more effectively, and reduce maintenance effort and costs. Key capabilities include automated placement of components, automatic sizing of cable ducts and mounting rails so everything fits neatly into the design, and space optimization that can minimize cabinet size while respecting layout rules. SwitchLay is built for real-world engineering change: if manufacturers change parts or product data, you can re-layout existing designs at the push of a button, keeping projects up to date and avoiding delays. Guaranteed valid layouts and flexible customization make SwitchLay a strong fit for fast-moving panel design projects where quality and efficiency matter.

QuickSteps – Diagnose – Act – Learn
QuickSteps is an innovative software tool designed to make machine troubleshooting faster, easier and more reliable right on the shop floor. It combines guided fault diagnostics with practical action instructions and ongoing knowledge management — reducing downtime and boosting productivity. How it works: QuickSteps leads users through a series of interactive dialog boxes (yes/no questions, images, videos) to precisely identify the cause of a machine fault — even without deep technical expertise. Once the issue is determined, QuickSteps displays prioritized, concrete steps for resolution, based on historical data and effectiveness. Built-in knowledge growth: A graphical modeling system allows internal super-users to continually build, update and extend the fault cases and solutions database, keeping the system always relevant to new machines and processes. This evolving knowledge base not only speeds up troubleshooting but also supports learning and knowledge transfer across teams. Key benefits: *Reduce downtime: Fast, guided diagnosis and effective solutions help avoid lengthy stoppages. *User-friendly: Intuitive graphical interface minimizes training time and makes the tool accessible to all operators. *Boost productivity: Prioritized actions increase the chance of quick fixes and continuous improvement. *Strengthen knowledge management: Centralized and continuously updated insights align with best practices and standards like ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 30401. In environments where every minute counts, QuickSteps bridges the gap between machine issues and immediate solutions, empowering teams to act confidently, learn collectively, and keep production running smoothly.
