Roundpeg anti-collision modules for cobots
The basic system includes the anti-collision modules for the robot's three wrist joints, as well as the installation of the entire system. Expansion modules are available to extend the Roundpeg system's functionality to the remaining joints (e.g., elbow, shoulder, and/or base). To prevent collisions over a larger area, additional expansion modules are also available. These modules are easy to install and are automatically detected. The base, shoulder, and elbow modules are available separately for this purpose.
UR Cap "ScanPilot"
ScanPilot is a URCap for Universal Robots that converts barcode scans into dynamic robot actions – without the need for external PLCs. Designed for high-product variety production, it optimizes program selection, increases reliability, and enables truly adaptive automation.
Training cell
Our training cell is the ideal choice for companies, vocational schools, and training centers that want to train their employees, students, or apprentices in the use of Universal Robots cobots. The cell impresses with its robust and elegant design. With conveyor belts, an I/O simulator, various grippers, and training panels, industrial applications can be realistically simulated. We can also integrate a side table upon request. Discover the advantages of our training cell and prepare your employees, students, or apprentices for the future of automation. A pre-assembled cable harness for plug-and-play connection to the robot controller is included.
Mobile training cell
With the mobile training cell, you can offer hands-on cobot training directly at the customer location, thus creating greater flexibility. This expands your training options and allows you to reach a larger area. The mobile training cells are quick to set up and then safely stored away. This eliminates the need for a separate room dedicated solely to cobot training and ensures that the training stations are protected from damage or loss.
