Our roots
Company founder Norbert Armbruster brings years of expertise in research, development and assembly automation. Inspired by the increasing demands on controlled, manual assembly, he developed the modular ELAM system - a pioneering solution for electronic line connection in industrial assembly.

Inside Sales Representative – Customer Analysis (m/f/d)
In inside sales with a focus on customer analysis, you analyze existing and new customers to identify revenue potential. You evaluate customer data in a structured way, segment customers by industry, needs and growth potential, and pre-qualify contacts for targeted cold outreach. You monitor market and competitor developments, work closely with the field sales team, maintain data in the CRM system and help develop sales strategies. Your profile: completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification, ideally first experience in sales or inside sales, strong analytical skills and an affinity for data, a structured and independent way of working, confident use of MS Office and CRM systems, and strong communication skills and team spirit. Project Manager (m/f/d)
As a project manager at Armbruster Engineering in Bremen, you are responsible for our customer projects: from aligning with customers to concepts, quotations and project plans through to implementation. You coordinate internal and external resources, plan on-site assignments, run user training, keep track of budget, deadlines and changes in project scope, and report regularly to management. You also provide technical support and test software in your projects and look after existing customers. Your profile: a degree in industrial engineering, computer science or a comparable qualification, experience in resource planning, scheduling and agile project management (Scrum), confident use of MS Office, Jira and DevOps, business-fluent German and English, and willingness to travel.
