Product labeling and quality
Safe control processes and standardized interfaces are the basis for the effective performance in our packaging technology. By using fieldbus technology, we enable fast work cycles and the prompt exchange of current system parameters. Interfaces for bar code readers and downstream control systems are already integrated so that operating data and information from our customers IT (for example from SAP) can be easily connected. For all types of packaging — whether film, paper, small load carriers or cardboard boxes — we offer comprehensive labeling options, including variable data combinations, such as bar or data matrix codes. These markings are supplemented by product and manufacturing information as well as graphical elements and assembly instructions to make labeling your products as simple and effective as possible. Downstream checkweighers provide detailed information about the completeness of the parts to be delivered and thus contribute to quality assurance. Package leaflets or labels are added to the finished containers in order to provide intralogistics with further data, such as which container is married to which product.
Conveyor technology
Parts buffers and/or conveyor lines are prerequisites for fully automated packaging processes with packaging units made from different products. These ensure the safe transport of the products for an optimal packaging result. Our conveyor systems not only focus on a reliable product transfer to semi or fully automatic packaging machines and small containers, but also on cardboard and container routes. These systems are characterized by a high degree of autonomy, which enables operation during unmanned shifts in order to ensure continuous and process-reliable production even outside regular working hours. This enables a significant increase in efficiency and productivity. All conveyor systems developed by our company — from belt conveyors to complex cassette conveyor systems — transfer the products to be packaged reliably and without interruption to automatic packaging machines, cardboard lines or small load carriers. As a result, even the smallest parts are safely transported and reliably handed over to their final packaging.
Counting and control automation
Our counting and control automation is based on a vibrating conveyor system from our own production. Our counting machines are designed for precise counting of parts and can work in conjunction with several counting machines to put together individual product assortments. The AVT counting modules can be used both as individual devices and within packaging systems and are ideal for the semi and fully automatic filling of boxes, small load carriers, containers and our film and paper packaging machines.
Dosing and weighing
AVT GmbH's dosing and weighing technology is essentially based on vibrating conveyors or linear systems, which are used either as spiral conveyors or in combination with linear lines. We offer an advanced solution for product feeding based on the proven concept of our Counting and control automation. The central functional element of weighing technology is a industrial grade weighing unit, which is used to precisely record batch weights. This is ideal for products with batches of 50 parts or more, which must be dosed and weighed within an economically reasonable output range.
Sustainable packaging
Sustainability in packaging technology is crucial for environmental protection. Whether film packaging, paper packaging, cardboard boxes or small load carriers — recyclable materials and biodegradable alternatives save resources and minimize waste, meeting the environmental challenges of today and the increasing expectations of environmentally conscious consumers.
Film packaging
Our film packaging machines offer you versatile solutions for the automated packaging of sensitive individual parts of your products, the packaging of bulk goods and the compilation of assortments. This involves packaging in flat or semi-tubular film made of PE, PP or recycled film. In addition, our packaging solutions can be flexibly integrated — as an individual machine for manual product delivery, in combination with other AVT automation solutions, or as part of new or existing third-party automation systems.

- Planung und Konstruktion von elektrischen / elektronischen Ausrüstungen unserer Anlagen. - Entwicklung und Implementierung der geplanten Maschinenabläufe. - Projektierung und Begleitung unserer Anlagen von der Angebotsphase über die Fertigungsbetreuung bis zur Übergabe an den Kunden. - Erstellung der vollständigen Konstruktions-, Fertigungs- und Dokumentationsunterlagen.
