Laser marking system LMG
As a workstation, the LMG laser engraving machine is the perfect solution for a wide variety of labeling tasks with a laser on metal, plastic, glass, wood and much more. This flexible laser engraving system is designed for both small and large objects. You can label a large number of industrial components with it: serial labels, serial numbers, texts, logos, data matrix codes, barcodes (2D - 3D codes) and much more. Even complex structures or artworks can be realized with it. The LMG laser engraving device can be equipped with different laser beam sources according to your individual requirements. We customize the laser engraving machine according to your needs, so that you get a premium laser engraver according to your needs.
LMG-IND: The customised solution
Individual requirements need individual solutions. The LMG can therefore be adapted exactly to customer requirements. Whether additional side openings for long components, or as a cable feed-through, or even rotating elements. For large products, an x/y portal can be integrated, which guides the component under the laser. For maximum flexibility, we also offer the LMG housing with an x/y/z portal. In this way, the laser is guided above the product in all three dimensions. The entire marking space is thus available for the components.
Labelling laser for intergation - LMI
With the LMI series, we have the perfect marking solution for every installation situation. Depending on the required wavelength and marking task, we manufacture the LMI specifically according to your needs. As a compact fibre laser as well as a green, CO2 or UV laser. In addition to our powerful laser software and the standard customer I/O interface, we also offer many other options for integrating the laser into customer or integrator systems. By using special and high-quality components, we guarantee the longevity and high reliability of our laser systems.
Direct laser marking on the product
Products made from recycled material have not just been in vogue since 2022. However, the recycling cycle usually ends at this point, as labels in combination with water-insoluble adhesive are required for product labeling and thus, the possibility of recycling ends. Continue the recycling cycle through direct laser marking on the product. Replace labels, ink, sleeves and water-insoluble adhesive with a laser marking. Through the neutral behavior of the laser additives in the recycling process, with a recycled material base a 100% recyclability will be given.

Fiber laser LMF "Easy"
The LMF "Easy" is characterised in particular by its ease of use and is the cost-effective entry-level model in the world of lasers. The durable fibre technology is maintenance-free and wear-free and also has an average service life of 100,000 operating hours.
