BEMOTEC is a systems provider specializing in the planning, design, and implementation of turnkey assembly and automation systems.
Our system portfolio includes assembly fixtures, testing fixtures, test benches, and operator assistance systems, as well as semi- and fully automated production systems.
A single point of contact for all components reduces complexity for our customers and creates space for innovative ideas in both processes and products.
Workshop floor workflow planning forms the basis for all the systems we manufacture. We conduct initial simulations in the early planning phase to ensure that all systems are robust and scalable.

The production system is designed for integration into the line. This made it possible to implement a light-barrier-based cell. In this way, the workpieces can be loaded and unloaded quickly and precisely without opening a door. The tool changer switches between the grinding application and the bonding application during the process.
