Products & services

ISOMETER® iso685
• Predefined measurement profiles • Reliable measurement of insulation resistance, voltage, capacitance and frequency • Integrated web server • Modbus TCP/RTU • History memory The ISOMETER® is an insulation monitoring device in accordance with IEC 61557-8 for IT systems. The devices are universally applicable in AC, 3(N)AC, AC/DC and DC systems. AC systems may include extensive DC-supplied loads (such as rectifiers, inverters, variablespeed drives).

ISOSCAN® EDS440
• Automatic insulation fault location • Application main circuits • 12 measuring channels for measuring current transformers • CT connection monitoring • Universal system concept The insulation fault locators ISOSCAN® EDS440 are used in connection with the ISOMETER® iso685-D-P or the locating current injector PGH to locate insulation faults in unearthed power supply systems (IT systems). They detect locating current signals generated by the insulation monitoring device iso685-D-P or the locating current injector PGH and evaluate them correspondingly. Up to 12 measuring current transformers can be connected to an EDS440. In total, up to 50 insulation fault locators can be connected via an RS-485 interface (BS bus protocol) and thereby up to 600 outgoing circuits can be monitored.

LINETRAXX® SmartDetect RCMS410/425
LINETRAXX® SmartDetect RCMS410/425 • 4 channels in one compact housing • AC, pulsed DC, or AC/DC sensitive measuring for each channel • Frequency analysis up to the 400th harmonic • Configurable frequency response • Communication via various interfaces The LINETRAXX® SmartDetect RCMS410/425 is an AC, pulsed DC, and smooth DC sensitive residual-current monitor for earthed power-supply systems. It measures residual currents between 2 mA and 70 A with direct voltage as well as alternating voltage in a frequency range from 15 Hz to 20 kHz and has been developed for flexible use in the most varied applications.

POWERSCOUT®
• Simple setup • Long-term analysis • Visualisations • Automated reports • Across locations • Central testing and monitoring of the electrical installation and equipment (IEC 60364-6) • No local software installation required Moisture, deterioration, dirt, mechanical damage or faults caused by the impact of current, voltage and temperature impair every electrical installation. The web-based software solution POWERSCOUT® helps you detect malfunctions at an early stage and eliminate the causes in an economically reasonable way. This guarantees high installation and operational safety and reduces costs. Manual data acquisition is time consuming, error prone and only provides random sampling results. POWERSCOUT® gives you an insight into the entire data of your installation at any time, since all measured values are automatically and continuously saved. POWERSCOUT® combines the data of your measuring and monitoring equipment and generates easily comprehensible visualisations of all important measured values.
