About us
Since 1972, Bott Systems GmbH has been a system provider for industrial workstation solutions, electrical laboratory workstations, as well as assembly, measurement, and testing technology and test systems. The company develops and implements integrated, ergonomic, and standard-compliant solutions for efficient work and manufacturing processes in industry, as well as perfectly equipped rooms in education and research. Its own software platforms enable the networking of workstations, testing equipment, and processes to form integrated, digitally supported systems.
Bott Systems GmbH is part of the Bott Group, which positions itself as a full-service provider for the holistic design of workspaces. Assembly Workstations
Our avero workstation system can be configured either as a standalone workstation or assembled into complete assembly lines. Depending on your specific needs, we design your modern assembly setup in a straight line, U-shape, circular layout, or entirely adapted to local conditions. Transfer rollers move the workpiece carriers from station to station. From component picking to final inspection, avero ensures consistently high product quality. Supply trolleys and FIFO racks guarantee continuous replenishment and enable efficient material provisioning along the assembly line. This makes avero the ideal system for assembling a wide variety of products with frequently changing components.
