In the field of digitalization, Camozzi uses condition assessment technologies at the component level, which help to make plants more efficient, avoid machine downtime and monitor the condition of components: The <b>Valve Island Series D</b> and the <b>Proportional Pressure Controller Series PRE</b> are equipped with CoilVision technology, which enables continuous monitoring of the operating status of each individual valve. Thus, any malfunctions are predicted in good time. The recorded data is transmitted wirelessly for logging, summary and analysis and can be visualized via the free UVIX software.
The new motor with integrated <b>drive controller series DRVI</b> enables dynamic acceleration and deceleration, high precision of the motion sequence, at all speeds without loss of steps. Compatible with the most common bus protocols: CANopen - PROFINET - EtherCAT - EtherNet IP.
This new <b>smart gripper</b> is equipped with an integrated sensor system for position and force control and can wirelessly transmit the data acquired from the workpiece. The Camozzi gripper is not only “smart”, but can also be reconfigured depending on the objects to be handled. This makes it perfect for the handling and robotics sector.
To make a system energy-efficient, it is crucial to control the output pressure according to demand and only increase it where necessary: the new pressure amplifier of the BPAseries is used to optimize pneumatic control. To reduce investment and manufacturing costs as well as consumption.

The new compact gripper of the CGPL series features large strokes that allow it to grip components of different sizes. It is equipped with recirculating ball bearing guides to move larger loads and operate at high cycle rates. The new pneumatic slide series MTS and MSN are designed for systems that allow a high number of cycles and high positioning repeatability. These are also equipped with miniature recirculating ball bearing guides for uniform motion, making these slides compact, fast, stable and permanently reliable.
In the field of robotic systems, Camozzi has developed the tool changer series RTC, for a safe and fast tool change. The compact design allows easy integration into industrial robots and cobots and features an automated opening and closing of the locking system.

YOUR MOTION SOLUTIONS PROVIDER
The Series D valve terminal is one of the key technologies for modern automation. It is compact, modular and easy to integrate into advanced systems. Thanks to the proprietary CoilVision® technology, it continuously monitors the status of the solenoid valves, provides operating data and enables predictive maintenance to minimise downtimes. The portfolio is complemented by the PRE series proportional pressure regulator, which is also equipped with CoilVision®. It ensures dynamic pressure control and optimised maintenance management. The new collaborative gripper series CSPT is an intelligent pneumatic gripping system with integrated valves and sensors. It records and transmits data, measures and controls force and position, thereby increasing process quality, cycle times and efficiency. Intelligent consumption and energy monitoring is provided by the smart FSX series flow meter, which continuously monitors parameters such as flow rate, temperature, humidity and pressure. The BPA series booster enables a local pressure increase in pneumatic circuits without affecting the overall pressure - ideal for targeted performance increases of individual devices with optimised energy consumption. The range has been expanded to include END LOCK cylinders Series 63 with automatic mechanical end position locking and MD Safemax safety valves with sensors and fast venting - ideal for critical applications.

Electromechanical cylinders Series 6E
Sizes 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100 The 6E series cylinders are mechanical linear actuators with rod, in which the rotary movement generated by a motor is converted into a linear movement by means of a ball screw. These cylinders are available in 6 sizes and have dimensions based on the standard ISO 15552, making it possible to use the mounting accessories of the pneumatic cylinders. They are equipped with a magnet that allows the use of external magnetic proximity switches (Series CST and CSH) to perform operations such as homing or extra stroke readings. The 6E series is equipped with special interface kits that allow the motor to be connected both in series and in parallel. Very high precision and easy installation make the 6E series the ideal solution for various applications, especially for multi-position systems.

Fast, flexible and efficient Handling | Serie CGPL
The long-stroke Series CGPL parallel gripper is a flexible and efficient solution for applications with restricted space. Media Seperatetd Solenoid Valves | Serie KDV
The media-separating solenoid valves Series KDV are designed to control critical fluids such as aggressive, high-purity or temperature-sensitive fluids. To prevent the controlled fluid from interacting with the internal mechanical part of the valve, the orifices are opened or closed using a separating diaphragm, driven by an actuator. In addition to protecting the controlled fluid from contamination or excessive temperature fluctuations, the diaphragm protects the actuator system from any possible corrosion caused by aggressive fluids. Furthermore, the overall dimensions and reduced footprint allow easy and quick integration with manifold or subbase systems within small equipment as well as portable devices. Its compact design, light weight and low power consumption make the Series KDV the ideal solution for Life Science applications, such as mass spectrometry, liquid and gas chromatography and molecular analysis.

Pneumatics Slides | Serie MST
The MST series pneumatic slides are the ideal solution for applications requiring high force and extremely precise positioning, such as in the assembly and packaging industries. The combination of a dual-piston pneumatic cylinder and precision roller guide provides extremely accurate positioning that minimizes positioning errors while increasing overall system efficiency. Available in four different sizes, this series offers fluid and precise motion, thanks to the combination of a pneumatic cylinder and a precision ball bearing guide. Pressure Booster Size 40 | Series BPA
The Pressure Booster Series BPA has a pressure ratio of 1:2 that increases outlet pressure by up to 20 bar. It operates automatically when needed to generate a constant pressure increase while its mechanical design guarantees quick and easy installation, minimises heat generation and improves machine safety. Two versions are available, with or without an integrated regulator that allows to adjust the desired outlet pressure and enables the efficient management of energy consumption. It offers a compact, functional design with rapid filling times that makes the Series BPA ideal for applications where high pressure is only needed at specific points in the pneumatic circuit such as: - Woodworking - Marble and glass processing - Testing and assembly machines

Proportional Pressure Regulator | Series PME
The Series PME proportional pressure regulator is the ideal solution for industrial applications that require accurate pressure control. This new pressure regulator offers a high performance, despite having its weight and dimensions reduced to a minimum to allow greater flexibility in its use. Series PME is available in two sizes and versions. One version has an integrated exhaust valve that allows the system to discharge even in the absence of power. The second is a manifold version, ideal for controlling several outlets with only a single inlet. A new CANopen serial version is also available. Ideal for controlling multiple controllers on a single fieldbus and for applications that need to operate within a wide supply voltage range (12÷24 V DC). Each has been designed to meet a wide range of applications and to guarantee reliable and precise control across the entire system.

Direct Acting Solenoid Valves | Series KL - KLE
The latest Series KL and KLE miniaturized 10mm solenoid valves have been designed for industrial applications and medical devices that require high flow rates and pressures within compact dimensions. The body size and overall dimensions of both versions have been designed to allow easy integration with manifold systems or subbases and to be quickly installed on devices and machines. Series KL and KLE are available in different models to satisfy any application across all the main sectors of industrial automation and life science.

Electromechanical axes | Series 5E
Series 5E axes are mechanical linear actuators in which the rotary movement generated by a motor is converted into a linear movement using a toothed belt or a recirculating ball screw. Series 5E, available in 3 sizes - 50, 65 and 80, is designed with a special self-supporting square profile with a recirculating ball guide integrated within the actuator, to provide exceptional stiffness and resistance to external loads. The profile is covered by a stainless steel plate to protect the internal elements from environmental contaminants. The axis is equipped with a magnet that allows external proximity switches, enabling operations like homing or extra-stroke readings. These two versions make the Series 5E suitable to meet the needs of different industries, including packaging, assembly and automotive.

Integrated field-oriented control drive | Series DRVI
The Series DRVI integrated motor drive is designed to control various types of motors, both stepper and brushless, using a closed-loop control (FOC) algorithm. This algorithm, also known as vector control (FOC), offers better performance than traditional stepper motor control systems, which allows the stepper motor to operate over the entire speed range, ensuring fast acceleration and deceleration, assuring more accurate motion control with no loss of steps. It is also more energy efficient than traditional control methods, as it uses precise rotor position feedback and controls the phase current, optimising motor operation. The Series DRVI compact design and integration with the main communication protocols make the Series DRVI the ideal solution for various industrial applications that require accurate control and fast response to load variations.

Compact electromechanical cylinders Series 3E
Series 3E cylinders are electric rod actuators that combine a screw and motor to generate accurate linear motion. These are an alternative to pneumatic cylinders but possessing all the benefits of electric actuators in terms of speed, ease of parameter setting and flexibility in handling different load sizes and formats. Their compact design ensures easy integration with the machine, without affecting performance. Robust and quick, these actuators are ideal for multi-position applications and can be used with external proximity switches for homing operations or allowing extra-stroke readings to be performed. Moreover, Series 3E can be supplied with the motor already assembled, to further reduce commissioning and wiring time.

Push-in Fittings | GRIPfit
The GRIPfit is a new generation of push-in fittings made with high-performance materials and equipped with a flexible stainless steel gripping ring to facilitate the connection and disconnection of most semi-rigid tubes, limiting the effects of tube marking and guaranteeing a robust and reliable tightening on the whole surface of the tube. GRIPfits are ideal for vacuum and low pressures both in static and dynamic applications, thanks to the new shaped sealing technology. These new push-in fittings have been developed to cover and satisfy the needs of various market applications. The materials used comply with the main standards and directives and have been designed to meet and adapt perfectly to the specific application requirements of each sector.

Robot tool changer | Series RTC
The RTC series robotic tool changer is the ideal solution for industrial applications that require an efficient and reliable device for quick and safe tool changes (gripping or work systems). It is available in three sizes; 50, 90 and 150 and offers high reliability and sturdiness, handles loads of up to 50 kg and guarantees excellent performance even in the most demanding operating conditions. The Series CGSP grippers, available in 4 sizes (20, 25, 32 and 40) are parallel and double acting, self-centering and guided by means of a T-shaped sliding guide. Thanks to the materials and surface coating used, the gripper offers a high reliability. Moreover, the internal force transmission system is protected against the entrance of impurities by means of a steel cover so the gripper can also be used in dusty environments. Extreme compact dimensions, a light design and high positioning repeatability make this series of grippers particularly suitable for handling small items. The New Push-in Fittings for Cooling Systems The Series 7000 Fluidics push-in fittings enable the smooth passage of fluids in cooling systems. Liquid cooling systems are considered to be better than air cooling, in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, compactness and noise in a wide range of applications from computer servers to industrial equipment. The Series 7000 Fluidics fitting range has been designed with a special technopolymer, based on renewable raw materials, that allows the component to resist water absorption, temperature variations and cooling liquid additives. The material maintains constant dimensional stability in contact with different fluids and does not break down with age. Advanced gripping characteristics make the Series 7000 Fluidics an excellent alternative to traditional fittings, guaranteeing a uniform tightening on the whole surface of the tube. This enhances high reliability and resistance to repeated connections and disconnections of the tube. Reliable connection, compact dimensions and easy installation in confined spaces are only some of the features that make these new fittings an innovative solution for a wide range of cooling systems. End Lock Cylinder Series 63, Strong locking for tough applications.
END LOCK pneumatic cylinders are fitted with automatic mechanical end stroke locks which guarantee the safe and secure holding of the cylinder rod in both the fully retracted and fully extended positions. The locks activate and release automatically, without the need for external signals or commands and cylinders Series 63 comply with ISO 15552. The automatic mechanical lock, therefore, makes the END LOCK cylinders Series 63 highly suitable for use in sectors and for applications where it is essential to lock the cylinder’s position, both to avoid sliding during long stops and in situations with an absence of air, for example in transportation, printing & paper and the woodworking industry. In addition, their capability to withstand external forces, that are much higher than the force exerted by the piston, makes the END LOCK cylinder the ideal solution for applications such as lifters, positioners and presses where a greater degree of safety is required compared to the more traditional rod locks combined with blocking valves. CYLINDER VARIANTS: The END LOCK cylinder Series 63 is available in different variants that enable its use even for applications in harsh environments or adverse working conditions. These configurations are mostly used in applications that require robustness and reliability, such as the transportation sector, especially where trucks or special vehicles are characterized by strong vibration, frequent changes in temperature or humid and dusty working environments. Its automatic mechanical lock makes the END LOCK cylinder highly suitable for industrial sectors like printing & paper or woodworking, where maximum safety is necessary because of the movement of material through lifting, stopping or pushing processes. The integrated lock allows the cylinder to be used even in dusty working environments or in confined spaces.

Proportional Pressure Regulator with Coilvision® Technology Series PRE
The Series PRE proportional pressure regulator is equipped with a new technology, CoilVision®, which constantly monitors the operation of the solenoids in the regulator and prevents possible malfunctions. All data coming from the regulator can be transmitted wirelessly to the cloud, aggregated and used in order to view the operational efficiency of the regulator by means of a dashboard. The Series PRE is available in two sizes and in different configurations, including IO-Link connectivity. As well as the standard options with and without display, there is a version with an integrated exhaust valve, which enables the system to exhaust even without a power supply. A manifold version enables the control of several outlets with only one inlet, while a version with external sensor connections is available for applications where there is a requirement to monitor the pressure of aggressive gases or liquids. 3/2-way Quick Exhaust Safety Valves Series MX SAFEMAX
With soft start, with quick venting Connections: G1/2” In this configuration, a soft start function has been integrated in addition to the features of the versions with solenoid valves only, which enables the system pressure to be vented gradually. The soft start valve is connected upstream of the solenoid valves in order to use the quick venting of the valves in an emergency. Thanks to the design, the construction and dimensions of the standard product have been retained. This means that no additional connecting elements are required. Please note: The safety valve alone is not sufficient to guarantee the safety function. Appropriate monitoring devices must be provided. The Machinery Directive (MRL) 2006/42/EC describes the safety requirements that a machine must fulfill in order to protect human health. Safety valves from the MX SAFEMAX series comply with DIN EN ISO 13849-1 and are suitable as components in control systems for implementing machine safety.

Radial Grippers 180° opening Series CGSY
The CGSY series has been designed to guarantee constant performance over a long period of time, even in demanding applications that require a high level of productivity. The 180° opening angle of the gripper allows it to be used in large working areas while optimizing product handling. This makes it particularly suitable for tasks such as blowing up PET bottles and for filling applications in the food or chemical industries. The design and materials used ensure precise operation even in harsh, dusty or vapor-contaminated environments and in applications where frequent wash-downs are common. The CGSY series grippers guarantee precision and flexibility during installation. Each gripper has calibrated holes at the base and side for very accurate positioning.

Valve Island Series D
Fieldbus connection with the most common communication protocols PROFIBUS-DP, PROFINET, CANopen , EtherNET/IP , EtherCAT and IO-Link Multipole connection with 25 or 44 pins Valve functions: 2x3/2; 5/2; 5/3 CC, CO, CP In this configuration, Series D1 and D2 valves (size 10 and 16 mm) can be combined into one unique Island. The benefits of this version are: Small dimensions, only one Multipole or Serial connection point, easy installation and the possibility to have different flow rates. All size D2 components of this configuration remain unvaried, while for size D1 a longer subbase is used. All electric and pneumatic components and characteristics of the single versions remain unvaried. The CoilVision-Technology function is included also in this version.
