Since 1990, CEP Anlagenautomatisierung GmbH has been developing customized and customer-specific solutions for industrial automation and special-purpose machine construction across various industries. We support our customers from the initial discussion of ideas through the creation of specifications, CAE planning, manufacturing, commissioning, and operator training. In close coordination between management, project management, our client and the end customers, we accompany the projects from the offer preparation to successful completion and beyond.
Software-Entwicklung
We develop PLC and visualization software for various control systems such as Siemens STEP7 / TIA Portal / PCS7, WinCC flexible / WinCC V8 / TIA/professional, Beckhoff (TwinCAT), Wonderware (InTouch / System Platform / ArchestrA). Visualizations for panels and SCADA PCs with database-driven recipes and batch protocols. Software development according to GAMP and FDA CFR21.
Elektrokonstruktion / -Projektierung
We design individual control cabinet solutions and create the circuit diagrams as a basis for our in-house production, using the engineering systems EPLAN, E3.series, ecscad, WSCAD.
Schaltschrank-Fertigung
In our modern, company-owned production halls, we manufacture switchgear of various sizes and complexities, both as one-off pieces and in series. We produce one-off, custom-designed, project-specific solutions, and series production. We manufacture switchgear series in various quantities and sizes, including for theater applications, steel reinforcement mesh bending machines and shears, baking technology, and other applications.
Elektro-Montage
On-site installation of the systems: We install the systems at the plant manufacturer's site or at the end customer's site worldwide. For larger installation projects, we cooperate with experienced partners.
Inbetriebnahme
We support the plant until production begins. Hardware and software engineers, together with our electrical technicians and the customer, commission the plant. Commissioning and handover to the end customer are carried out jointly with the plant manufacturer. For pharmaceutical plants, this includes a multi-stage, demanding qualification process.
