Emotron AFE
Emotron TSA
Powerful new softstarters prevent damage and save energy CG Drives & Automation presents a new range of Emotron TSA softstarters from 5,5 to 1000kW (16-960A and 200-690V). The range includes the new frame sizes TSA 5 and 6 for the highest powers (470-960A). Designed to ensure operational security and energy efficiency they boast many built-in functions for safety and reliability such as thermal motor protection, thermistor input and bypass contactor as standard. Starts, stops and protects Emotron TSA softstarters take motor control to a new level. Soft torque starting, intelligent load monitoring and smart stops are all included and accompanied by a robust and compact design. The softstarter is developed for pump, fan, compressor, blower, crusher, conveyor, mill, mixer and saw applications.
Emotron VFX / FDU
Ideal for dynamic applications Emotron VFX variable frequency drive (VFD) optimises the operation of your cranes, crushers, mills and mixers. Your process is protected from damage and downtime and you benefit from reduced installation, energy and maintenance costs. Emotron VFX variable frequency drive is ideal for dynamic applications. Direct torque control, accurate speed control and efficient vector braking offer reliable control of, for example, cranes, crushers and centrifuges. Available in both IP54 certified enclosure as well as IP20/21. Smart new compact power modules reduce drive cabinet by 30% CG Drives & Automation presents a new range of variable frequency drives (VFDs) for 160-4000kW, 230-690V within the Emotron brand. The range includes many new frame sizes for high power drives. The new sizes are based on the new smart 365A Power Electronic Building Blocks (PEBBs). These power modules now have a significantly improved power density and their unique construction offers flexibility and redundancy. The result is up to 30% width reduction in the final drive cabinet.
