SAFE C - Series
Our SAFE C series consists of the SAFE C31, the SAFE C4 and the SAFE FLEX CT. These are safety relays for emergency stop and safety gate monitors, AOPD type II and type IV, safety edges and safety mats as well as two-hand applications up to Cat. 4 / PL e in accordance with EN ISO 13849-1. The devices are designed for single or dual-channel operation. They can also be configured with or without monitoring of the start button. The devices are available with the following operating voltage: 24 VDC.

SAFE FLEX
The SAFE FLEX is a safety relay with selectable function variants. The following functions can be selected by wiring accordingly: - Emergency stop safety switching device Cat. 4 - Cat. 4 safety gate monitor - Two-hand relay type III c cat. 4 - Downstream switching device for AOPD/light barriers Cat. 4 and Cat. 2 - 1-pole protective devices with cyclical monitoring by means of test output Cat. 4 - Monitoring of the direction of movement through various tolerance ranges for monitoring simultaneity - Changes to the wiring during operation are evaluated as faults EN ISO 13849: PLe, Cat. 4 I MTTFd: >100 years / high I DC: 99% / high Supplementary information in accordance with EN 61508: SIL3 I PFH: 2.15*10-91/h l SSF: 94.65%

SAFE GT
The SAFE GT is the version with a hex switch, which can be used to set numerous options for the output configuration. Various delay times from 0.3 - 30 s can be set.

Our range of services includes the development and production of ribbon cables, stranded wires and cable harnesses for mechanical engineering, medical technology and the automotive aftermarket. Thanks to our production in Bulgaria, we also offer you the opportunity to have complex cable harnesses produced cost-effectively. In addition to established technologies, we also use state-of-the-art machines in our production, such as high-voltage testing equipment up to 1.5 kV and ultrasonic welding systems for producing parallel connections or wire end compression. Whether the smallest strands, ribbon cables, cable harnesses or cable kits: A high level of expertise, flexibility and perfection ensure high quality standards in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and IPC620. Our machinery includes - 2 x Schleuniger Crimpcenter 36 (fully automatic machines for single strands, incl. seals, tinning, labeling, double crimping etc.) - 1 x Multistrip 9480 M - 1 x Schleuniger Jacket Strip 8400 (also for shielded cables, up to DM 24mm) - 2 x Schleuniger Eco Strip 9300 (cutting to length, stripping from DM 0.08 - 6mm) - 2 x Bluhm 6900 laser marker - 4 x ribbon crimpers for TE Micro Match - 1 x ribbon crimper for various manufacturers (also RM 1.0, partial stripping) - 1 x infrared shrinking machine - 1 x ultrasonic welding machine for parallel connections and final sealing - 2 x WEETECH W434 cable testers / testing devices - 3 x Cirris Systems 1000 RX cable testers / testing devices - Various crimping presses for a wide range of contacts (TE, Molex, JST, Amphenol, Yazaki etc.) In addition, we can currently process over 900 different crimp contacts - the tools are available for this.

SAFE 4
Safety relay for emergency stop circuits and safety door monitoring up to Cat. 4 / PL e in accordance with EN ISO 13849-1. The device is designed for single or dual-channel operation and has monitoring of the start button. The device is available in the following operating voltages: 24 VAC/DC, 48 VAC, 110 VAC and 230 VAC.
