Consult-Impex eK has specialized in industrial wireless solutions for over 10 years. With more than 35 years of experience in wireless data transmission and as a partner of Schildknecht AG (DATAEAGLE®), thousands of wireless modules have already been successfully deployed in a wide variety of industries. Whether as a reliable cable replacement, an alternative to slip rings, or for wireless transmission over long distances – our solutions increase plant availability, reduce maintenance costs, and in many applications, pay for themselves within the first year. Numerous products boast unique technical features and offer decisive advantages over comparable solutions on the market. In addition to industrial wireless data systems, Consult-Impex offers high-performance radar sensors for demanding applications, particularly in crane and conveyor technology as well as outdoor environments. Whether port logistics, container handling, the cement industry, or other industrial applications – modern radar technology impresses with its high reliability and weather resistance. Consult-Impex collaborates with renowned German manufacturers such as Titze Sensros and distributes the products worldwide. Another highlight is a self-contained wireless video system for transmitting live images. Depending on the resolution and data rate, up to four or five cameras can transmit simultaneously via a single system and display the images, for example, on an industrial tablet or control panel. Furthermore, Consult-Impex collaborates with specialized partner companies in the field of automation and crane technology, including for pendulum damping systems and other customized solutions.
