wash basket
Our wash baskets combine functionality and efficiency in an ideal way for cleaning components. They are available in various sizes and can be customised to meet individual customer requirements. Made from hard-wearing square mesh and high-quality stainless steel, they offer safe and reliable handling. They can also be automated thanks to a special holder, which facilitates their integration into automated cleaning processes.

To match our wash baskets, we also offer the practical wash basket trolley, which makes transporting the baskets effortless. The trolley is equipped with an integrated oil collection container that prevents oil or other liquids from escaping during transport. The wash basket trolley also has a locking function that holds the wash basket securely in place, preventing it from slipping.
Wash basket transport pallet
The wash basket transport pallet was specially developed for the ergonomic transfer of wash baskets. The option of loading and unloading from both sides makes handling easier and increases efficiency. The ergonomic design ensures that your employees are protected during the transport of the wash baskets by minimising physical strain. An integrated locking mechanism on the short sides reliably secures the wash baskets and prevents them from slipping.

Wash basket handling system
Our wash basket handling system offers a fully solution for feeding your wash line. The system has been designed to efficiently lift and tip the wash baskets to enable a seamless transition to the wash line. The lifting unit is located on the left-hand side of the system, which safely lifts the wash baskets and places them in the optimum position. On the right is the tilting device, which tilts the wash baskets precisely so that the components fall out in a controlled and even manner. This automated solution reduces manual labour, improves process sequences and significantly increases the efficiency of handling your wash baskets.

Our assembly department ensures the precise assembly of all components, with maximum accuracy down to the millimetre being crucial. Each enclosed part is carefully assembled to ensure a perfect fit. Heavy-duty transport made easy: LLC trolley mobile load carriers that are available in various sizes - from standardised models to customised versions. With a maximum payload of 1,000 kg, they are suitable for a wide range of loads and enable the transport of complex shapes thanks to their asymmetrical load capacity. They can be automated and are versatile, from tugger train transport to the positioning of components or packaging units.
LLC trolley and pallet storage

LLC route train loading system
Route train loading system: Automation for maximum efficiency and safety The loading system enables fully automated loading and unloading of route train trailer and impresses with its maximum ergonomics and safety. With an integrated safety lock, precise sensors and an intelligent control system, it ensures a controlled and safe process for the route train driver. The conveyor and lifting system takes over all manual work steps, significantly reducing labour costs. The intuitive operation and automated processes guarantee efficient, standardised transport processes with minimal risk of error, noticeable time savings and maximum process reliability.
LLC safety gate
The safety interlock serves as an interface between your production line and the autonomous material supply and ensures automatic feeding of full goods and return of empties. A muting system prevents unauthorised access by persons and helps to reduce safety risks.

Small helpers with a big impact: SLC-Trolley are a practical and versatile solution for numerous applications in logistics. They make it easier to organise and transport goods in warehouses, optimise the flow of materials in production facilities and speed up handling in dispatch centres.
SLC-trolley and pallet storage
Space-saving floor roller storage for maximum efficiency The floor roller storage unit is the ideal solution for making optimum use of storage capacity and ensuring automated dispensing in just 12 seconds. Fully automatic removal at the touch of a button minimises the risk of accidents and, thanks to ergonomic operation, takes the strain off employees. An electric lifting device enables a smooth loading and unloading process, while the robust steel frame construction impresses with its durability and small footprint. Automation is further optimised in conjunction with an automated guided vehicle system (AGV). The storage system is able to remove up to seven floor rollers from a warehouse or store them there at the same time.
SLC Leanlifter
Leanlifter: Flexible and ergonomic to use The Leanlifter supports the ergonomic lifting and lowering of small load carriers and increases efficiency in production, warehousing and dispatch. It is available in stationary, partially mobile or fully mobile versions and can be flexibly customised thanks to its modular design. With its variable lifting height, the Leanlifter fulfils individual requirements. Different fork orientations and mobility options make it versatile, even where space is limited. The operating element can be positioned flexibly to enable simple and convenient operation from any perspective.
SLC Adapter pallet
CSP adapter pallet: Efficient fixing and storage of SLC trolleys The CSP adapter pallet ensures that SLC trolleys are securely fixed, guaranteeing smooth transport and stable storage. To make optimum use of the available space, SLCs can be easily transported stacked, maximising the load volume. Once the trolley have been picked up, the pallet can be locked and reused immediately - with space for up to four SLC trolley at the same time. For special requirements, customised solutions can be implemented that are tailored to your specific areas of application.
AGV-SLC-Trailer
AGV-SLC trailer: Intelligent internal transport system Together with an autonomous towing vehicle, the AGV-SLC trailer forms a modern, driverless transport system (AGV) that fulfils the highest safety standards. This system enables fully automatic movement and an autonomous loading and unloading process, including the flexible transport direction of the goods carriers. Chip trolley conveyor system
Automated transport system for chip trolleys The chip trolley conveyor system automatically transports the chip trolleys and ensures independent, uninterrupted operation. Lifting devices bring the filled trolleys into position in a buffer zone, where they wait for the transport process to start. The trolley throughput is also documented in this buffer zone to ensure transparent and efficient process control. Integrated sensors monitor free spaces and only start onward transport when these have been filled. The result is a fully automated system that optimises the recycling of metal swarf and achieves maximum performance without the need for additional personnel.
Chip trolley fixing station
Simple securing and positioning of your chip trolleys Thanks to the reliable fixing, the chip trolleys remain securely in place and are protected against unintentional rolling away. The generous catch area also makes it easier to position the trolleys precisely. The system is available in stationary and mobile versions and is conveniently unlocked using a foot pedal, making it quick and easy to use. The fixing station shown uses coding to prevent the chip trolleys from being mixed up.
