Our switch cabinet and surface coolers are available in a range of sizes and performance classes. Using our devices allows you to cool your switch cabinet efficiently and heat it without any additional equipment. PROTEMP switch cabinet temperature control/cooling
Our new PROTEMP generation of Peltier temperature control devices is complemented by PROTEMP 45 S for integration into small/narrow switch cabinets PROTEMP 220 L for integration into control cabinets with high cooling energy requirements PROTEMP 100 M Silent for integration into housings with restrictive noise emission requirements Our new generation of PROTEMP Peltier temperature control devices is characterized by maximum efficiency. This means maximum energy density with minimum space requirements. Since its market launch in 2024, demand has been rising steadily. With these product enhancements, we are responding to customer requirements for more compact/smaller Peltier systems, higher cooling capacities, and devices with lower noise levels.

Thermoelectric chillers: PRO- and LABCHILL
Dr. Neumann Peltier-Technik has many years of experience in laboratory technology. In 2023, they successfully introduced two designs of high-precision circulating thermostat: the LABCHILL benchtop and the PROCHILL 19-inch rack-mount solutions. Alongside the powerful 600-watt version, 400-watt solutions will be added to the range by the end of the first quarter of 2026. Other products in the field of laboratory technology include calibration thermostats and temperature control plates. We design and construct customised solutions for our customers, including individual test benches, incubators for environmental simulation and assemblies for integration into existing products. As well as the thermal and mechanical design of Peltier-based cooling and temperature control solutions, we have extensive expertise in control and regulation technology (see the section on Peltier controllers).

Control cabinet dehumidifier
Patented by Dr Neumann Peltier-Technik, the control cabinet dehumidifier helps to regulate the temperature in your control cabinet and provides an effective dehumidification system with additional safety features. The dehumidifier's core component is a Peltier cooling plate located inside the switch cabinet. It collects any condensate that has formed inside the cabinet. These droplets then flow out of the cabinet interior via a safe conduit, meaning they no longer pose a threat to sensitive high-performance components. The cooling plate is equipped with intelligent temperature sensors to prevent the collected condensation droplets from freezing. Depending on the size of the control cabinet, several modules can be connected in parallel to achieve optimal results and keep the cabinet dry. Our switch cabinet dehumidifiers are frequently used for dehumidifying laser housings or switch cabinets in battery production.

PVC temperature control units
Controlled temperature - stable dispensing results! Most dispensing solutions rely on - or are at least dependent on - a correct dispensing temperature: Changing environmental conditions result in varying viscosities and therefore in unstable dispensing results. Dispensing applications, e.g. within the automotive industry, rely on screw conveyors or similar technologies. The drawback: Such dispensing systems deliver non-reproducable application flow rates when exposed to temperature changes. DNPT temperature control solutions for dispensing applications solve such problems by providing highly robust and extremely precise flow-temperature control units from micro-dispensing to automotive applications. Peltier controllers
Peltier controllers go by many names, such as TEC, PWR and PID controllers, but they all have one thing in common: they control Peltier elements! This is because every Peltier element must be controlled, just like a refrigerator, heater or heat pump. We developed and built the DNPT-TEC controllers to meet our requirements for control cabinets, laboratories and special equipment construction. They not only control bare Peltier modules, but also fans, pumps, signal transmitters and sensors via analogue and digital protocols, the network and the web.

Peltier modules
Peltier modules have a simple sandwich-like structure. A series of silicon rods are mounted between two ceramic plates, which are energised as required for heating or cooling. However, as with anything that seems simple at first, the appeal and advantage lie in the precise design, positioning and control of this technology. Only by mastering these aspects can efficiencies of up to 94% be achieved with minimised power consumption and a reduced number of modules.
