Spindle lifting system EA
The LiteLine EA lifting column for compact industrial workstations We are expanding our LiteLine range with the new EA lifting column, developed for applications where lower load capacity, cost efficiency, and a slim design profile are key requirements. The EA complements the existing SA lifting column, further strengthening our LiteLine portfolio for compact, cost-effective workstation solutions. The EA is a 3-stage telescopic lifting column offering a 650 mm stroke with an installation height of 585 mm and a lifting speed of 20 mm/s. These characteristics make it particularly well suited to sit-stand workstations in industrial environments. The column features an anthracite (RAL 7021) powder-coated steel profile, plastic linear gliders, and a reliable electric spindle drive. Depending on the configuration, the EA lifting column provides a load capacity of 1,000 N per column and can be used in 2- or 4-column system configurations, achieving a total load capacity of up to 4,000 N. This comfortably meets the typical demands of assembly, testing, and general industrial workstations. Combined with a simple motion controller and a wide power supply range of 100–240 V, the EA lifting column is a versatile and flexible solution for industrial workstations. It is available as a 2-leg or 4-leg lifting system, as well as a complete workstation base frame.
Spindle lifting system SC
The Smart Lifting Column for a Cost-Effective Solution Our new product line LiteLine stands for: - Smart solutions designed for light industrial applications. - Industrial-grade quality, reduced to the essentials. The SC lifting column from our new LiteLine product family is a solution designed for light industrial applications where cost-effectiveness is paramount. This lifting column offers industrial-grade quality, reduced to the essential features, providing robust and reliable performance. With a 420 mm stroke length and a lifting speed of 20 mm/s, the SC column enables quick and efficient height adjustment while maintaining a compact footprint, thanks to its integrated in-line motor. The anodised aluminium profile with patented construction and guide technology ensures stability and long-lasting durability, making it a perfect choice for applications requiring moderate load capacity and functionality.
Spindle lifting system SL
The column SL consists of two extruded aluminium profiles with a plain anodised finish, guided by plastic gliders. Each column has an internal motor that drives the threaded spindles. These are driven synchronously by the control box. Up to 12 lifting columns can be connected. The T-slots on 3 sides (width 8 mm) allow the connection of crossbars, shelves, attachments and mountings along the entire length of the column.
24V Control box with Battery pack
With the battery solution, transport trolleys, assembly tables, side tables or similar items can be moved flexibly from A to B and can be adjusted in height. The 24 V control is operated by an exchangeable battery. The battery can be mounted under the table with a holder. When the battery is empty, it can be recharged in the battery charging station. The charging time is 6 h.
Spindle Lifting column SK - Mounting grooves on 4 sides
The mounting grooves on 4 sides (width 8 mm) allow the attackment of traverses, intermediate shelves and superstructures on the entire length of the leg. The SK system is used for assembly tables, assembly systems, office desks and in general furniture and machine construction. The SK lifting column consists of two colorless anodized aluminum profiles guided by plastic glides. The inner profile is moved by an internal spindle drive. Up to 4 spindle lifting columns can be connected to one control box and operated synchronously. The SK lifting column can be combined with the SL and SM lifting columns.
Spindle Lifting column SF
The SF lifting column is ideal for height-adjustable assembly workstations with two table legs that do not require a load capacity of more than 200 kg. It can be moved up and down with a lifting speed of 20 mm/s. The SF lifting column consists of a colourless anodised aluminium profile.
Spindle Lifting column SM

Single column SNT short and long version
The new SNT single column is characterized by its high-precision and stability, which is made possible by specially bonded profiles. Thanks to the new guide technology, which enables minimal frictional forces, a very low noise level is guaranteed. The column is also characterized by its high stability thanks to its geometry. Up to 4 lifting columns can be connected to one SCT control box and operated synchronously. T-Slots on 2 sides (width 6 mm) allow the attachment of trusses, clipboards, attachments and superstructures along much of the leg. Our powerful battery solution is the ideal addition to make these workstations flexible and mobile. The 24V control unit is powered by a rechargeable battery, which enables uninterrupted operation. Thanks to this technology, the application is no longer tied to power sockets and the workstation can be adapted entirely to the customer's needs and requirements. In this way, we create further optimization options that increase productivity.

The SN lifting column is characterized by its precise geometry, high stability and high load capacity (up to 3,000 N). The SN lifting column features a unique, patented, guide system.
