Since our foundation in 1986, Farr electronic & optic GmbH has established itself as a provider of consulting and sales services for the electronics industry, with a special focus on surface mount technology (SMT).
Our comprehensive product portfolio covers all processes - from printing and assembly, soldering and automated optical inspection (AOI) of printed circuit boards to solutions in X-ray inspection and storage technology for production. In addition, we expand our range with special systems for individual production requirements as well as offers for conventional THT assembly to provide a complete range of production solutions.
At Farr GmbH, we understand the importance of sustainability and efficiency in production, which is why we also offer a trade-in and disposal service for used machines.

IBL Vapor Phase Premium Batch-Series
BLC Series Premium Batch Vapor Phase The BLC series is an environmentally friendly and flexible system series for high-quality soldering. The Premium series can easily handle complex soldering applications. A mixture of large and small components can be soldered at the same time without them overheating. The "Intelligent Profiling System" gives the user full control over the temperature rise. Together with the "Soft Vapor Phase", there is no need to worry about the components' temperature increasing too high. The low energy consumption compared to other soldering systems leads to even lower operating costs. The system has excellent heat transfer in an inert oxygen-free atmosphere, without the need for expensive nitrogen. The two-chamber system with a large touch display makes this machine user-friendly, easy to set up and use. Soldering is possible regardless of the assembly weight with the same profile.

IBL Vapour Phase Economy-Series
The environmentally friendly SV540 is a fully functional stand-alone reflow vapor phase soldering system. This entry-level system is front loaded, contains two chambers and impresses with its low consumption. The heat is transferred by condensing steam. The system is suitable for profiling with standardized manufacturing specifications and this without the need for program or parameter settings. The low soldering temperature and the homogeneous heat transfer reduce the thermal load on the soldering assemblies to a minimum. The small footprint makes this machine ideal for development, prototyping and small series production. The system is easy to use and includes standard soldering profiles. Soldering is possible regardless of the assembly weight.

IBL Vapour Phase Minilab
The MINILAB is an automatic tabletop reflow soldering system where heat is transferred by condensed steam. The system is suitable for profiling with standardized production specifications without the need for program or parameter settings. The low soldering temperature and homogeneous heat transfer reduce the thermal load on the soldering assemblies to a minimum. Together with the simple and safe soldering process, this system is ideal for use in development and prototyping. This entry-level system is manually loaded from the top of standard soldering profiles and is easy to move. Soldering is possible regardless of the weight of the assembly.

The BLC inline series is an environmentally friendly and flexible system series for high-quality soldering. The premium series can easily handle the most complex soldering applications. A large mix of large and small components can be soldered simultaneously without overheating.

Juki G-Titan Screen-Printer
JUKI's new stencil printer G-TITAN is taking the step towards Industry 4.0 and "lights-out manufacturing". A brand new GUI - Graphical User Interface promises greater ease of use thanks to a touch monitor. G-TITAN supports circuit boards up to 510 × 510 mm in size and is therefore aimed at requirements in the middle segment. The terms OPC - Opti Paste Control and QPC - Quality Print Control summarize several useful individual functions, which together lead to optimal paste consumption, a higher degree of automation and error prevention in printing.

Juki LX-8 placement machine
The machine is equipped with two heads (Takumi/Turret head) that ensure high flexibility at high speed. The LX8 achieves an impressive output of 105,000 CPH. The P20S planetary head has a planetary head design that continuously sucks with 20 nozzles. Even a very small component such as 0201 (metric)/ 008004 is reliably loaded. The TAKUMI head for high-precision laser detection adjusts the head height to the height of the components to be placed. High-speed assembly is realized at the optimal height from very small to large components. New user interface - the way to user-friendliness A smartphone-like operating feel that can be operated intuitively, color-consciously designed for all users, and easy-to-read screens in dark themes. ATN Inoplacer Pro placement machine
The INOPLACER PRO is a universal inline placement machine for production in SMD technology. The system implements sophisticated technology at an affordable price. As with all INOPLACER models, the basis is solid and precise mechanical engineering using high-quality components. 2 variants: PRO-22x with double head PRO-26 with 6-way placement head Placement capacity 2,000 Bt/h or 8,000 Bt/h. Inline for PCB up to 400 x 400 mm Chip 0201 - QFP 40 x 40 mm, BGA Up to 64 individual feeders dispenser / jet valve optional INOPLACER PRO 22x is a very universal machine with a double placement head and the option of integrating a dispenser. The tool changer provides a high degree of flexibility for the components to be processed. The 50 mm Z-stroke allows even large components to be placed. The PRO 22x achieves a placement speed of 2,000 components per hour. INOPLACER PRO 26 is trimmed for speed and has 6 placement heads and also 6 high-speed cameras. Since chip designs are mainly placed, there is no tool changer and the Z-stroke of 20 mm is sufficient. The PRO 26 achieves a placement speed of 8,000 components per hour.
