Products & services
Continuous furnace with cooling zone
In this continuous furnace, components are annealed in a defined manner at 130°C, then transferred via a cross transport system to the cooling zone arranged parallel to the heating zone. The plant is 6.50 m x 3 m (LxW). From the modular system: Heat where and how you need it! Flexible - sustainable - process-reliable - user-friendly! It is highly energy efficient, features dynamic PID temperature control, IO-Link sensor technology for preventive maintenance recommendations and an OPC UA interface for data exchange.
Batch furnace with trolley
We offer warmth where and how you need it! Flexible - sustainable - process-reliable - user-friendly! Our furnaces have a modular design and offer the optimally tailored and energy-efficient solution for your production. For example, they are equipped with PID temperature control, TopThermPlus thermal insulation system, integrated system monitoring, data monitoring, traceability, preventive maintenance recommendations and communication interfaces as desired. Equipped with automatic doors, the bat furnaces will be part of a fully automated production line. We manufacture these batchöfen in various sizes and designs, also with matching trolleys. Heat tunnel for medical technology
This oven is part of a fully automated production line. On the input and output side, the products to be heated are moved by robot handling. Our MAIER WT4.0 control/regulation technology includes remote maintenance, a Profinet interface, preventive maintenance recommendations and MAIER SmartService.
Industrial hot plates
We manufacture heating plates for various temperature ranges and in a wide variety of mechanical and electrical designs. Here are some design examples: - as flat heating element or pressure-resistant heating plate - available with refined surface and thermal insulation - also with integrated cooling system. Heating panels with substructure and control/regulation technology are heating tables.
Electrical air heater
Our electric air heaters are used for heating air and other gaseous media and are used in process engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering and plant construction. Tailored to the application, we manufacture the electric air heaters for a wide range of industrial applications. For the project planning of the air heaters please give us these specifications: - Air volume and air velocity - inlet and outlet temperature - number of desired control stages - possible duct dimensions. You can also get the air heaters complete with control/regulation technology.
Control/regulation technology, control cabinet construction
"Industry 4.0" is not a buzzword for us, but a reality that has been lived for years. With many interfaces, we offer you PID temperature control systems, modern drive systems with servo controller and frequency converter, PLC and touch panel, remote maintenance access and SmartService functions.
Heated outdoor bench
With the integrated PID temperature control and downward thermal insulation, these benches are highly energy efficient. We manufacture them in various designs for public or private use. Other advantages include: - comfortable feeling in the fresh air - high quality design - weather resistant, as aluminum is powder coated - directly ready for operation with 230 V, 50Hz.
Heating pistons G MAIER
The heating stamps from G. MAIER are manufactured in their form directly for the customer's task. They vary in terms of heating power, material and surface, working temperature, handling technology, etc. With control technology, we offer our customers electric heat where it is needed - sustainably and reliably.
Heating table with hood
These heating tables are equipped with two heating plates, one of them with hood. The PID temperature control technology is integrated in the substructure of the station. Flexible - sustainable - process-reliable - user-friendly.
Heating mandrels for a very good energy footprint
The shape of heating mandrels is directly adapted to the component to be heated and thus offers fast, energy-efficient heating. We plan and manufacture them exactly for the respective task. The mechanical design and integrated heating power depends on the component to be heated.
