Retrofit | Revamping

Electrical control for cooling systems

We develop customized automation solutions for so-called recooling systems, which are used particularly in the area of energy transmission and in large drives/frequency converters, and thus represent a small part of a complex system. We develop customized automation solutions for all types of industrial cranes and other lifting equipment. We have particular expertise in the automation of gantry cranes and bridge cranes. We design and manufacture systems for industrial applications, specifically for coating small and complex components in high volumes. Our engineers employ processes such as powder recovery and energy recovery to ensure long-term economic viability and minimal environmental impact. Heat treatment plants
We develop and manufacture industrial furnaces, cooling sections, thermal afterburners, and other thermal processing systems – both in standard designs and as customized solutions. Each system is precisely planned and implemented to meet the individual requirements of our customers. Short setup times and a low demand for type-specific spare parts are integral to our concept. Thermal oil, gas, or electricity are used as energy sources. The following industrial furnaces are part of our standard portfolio: continuous furnace, chamber furnace, paternoster furnace, and rotary conveyor furnace.
