About us
Innovation. Quality. Design. That's what the name Schlegel stands for. Founded in 1945, we are now a globally operating company with headquarters in Germany, sales offices in Austria and Singapore and distributors in more than 80 countries on all five continents. Our core competences: Development and production of pushbuttons, panel mount jacks, pilot lights and terminal blocks. Our product portfolio further includes membrane and short-stroke pushbuttons, enclosures, limit switches, control panels and functional modules. Our customers particularly appreciate our flexibility and our professional know-how in the development of customised solutions for individual applications.
Schlegel also stands for quality „made in Germany“. Following this principal, our products are all-over made in Germany, from the development and toolmaking to the final production. We buy only our high-quality raw materials on the world market. The in-house production ensures the constant high-level quality of our products. Moreover, the high range of vertical in-house manufacture and our medium-sized structure allow flexible and quick response to individual needs of our customers and to changes of the increasingly globalised market.
