In der Medizintechnik, Laborautomation oder Lebensmittelindustrie sind Zuverlässigkeit und Hygiene entscheidend. Klassische Ventile stoßen hier an Grenzen: Medienkontakt, Leckagerisiken oder komplexe Reinigung erschweren die Prozesse. Mit dem wimaRotaPinch setzt WINKELMANN auf einen völlig neuen Ansatz: ein rotatorisches Schlauchquetschventil mit Drehmagnet. Das Medium bleibt vollständig vom Ventil getrennt, Schläuche werden schonend gequetscht – für mehr Prozesssicherheit, weniger Kontamination und längere Schlauchlebensdauer.

In vielen Systemen der Medizin-, Labor- oder Lebensmitteltechnik entscheidet ein kleiner Faktor über den Erfolg des gesamten Prozesses: die sichere, hygienische Steuerung von Flüssigkeiten und Gasen. Standardventile stoßen hier schnell an ihre Grenzen – etwa durch Toträume, Materialkontakt oder Bauraumbeschränkungen. Das Ergebnis: aufwendige Reinigung, hohes Kontaminationsrisiko oder unzuverlässige Schaltvorgänge. Genau hierfür wurde wimaPinch entwickelt – kompakte Schlauchquetschventile für höchste Anforderungen an Hygiene, Bauraum und Prozesssicherheit – erhältlich in zwei Standardausführungen.
