Hydraulic punch drivers & DIN rail cutters
icotek offers a small-sized hand hydraulic punch driver which allows quick and easy punching of rectangular, square and round holes. The holes fit exactly the cut-out dimensions of most icotek cable entry systems. When you have to punch several holes, this hand hydraulic punch driver is much faster than any manual wrench-style punches. The DIN-RC cutter cuts various top hat DIN rails & bus bars with little effort and accurately.
EMC cable clamps
EMI shielding & earthing components For process measurement and control equipment an increasingly higher level of protection against failure is required. EMI shielding and earthing is very important. The area where the cable shield is connected to the cabinet earth is a critical point. It is very important that the connection has a low resistance. All icotek EMC cable clamps for shielding cable diameters from 1.5 to 75 mm have been tested utilising various frequency ranges and in all tests there was minimal leakage resistance.
Cable entry plates, membrane based
With the membrane based cable entry plates cables, pneumatic and hydraulic hoses or optical fibres can be quickly and space-savingly routed into control cabinets, panels or machines and be sealed with certified protection class up to IP68 (acc. to EN 60529) and UL type 4X (acc. to UL50 E). icotek cable entry plates are cost, space and time saving alternatives to traditional cable glands.
IMAS-CONNECT™
Adapter grommets for Keystone jacks, PushPull connectivity and circular connectors IMAS-CONNECT™ by icotek is a modular designed grommet system for mounting circular connectors, Keystone jacks, PushPull connectors, hose fittings, pressure compensation elements and much more. By utilising the modular adapter system, the split icotek cable entry frame becomes a hybrid system.
Strain relief acc. to EN 62444
By using universal icotek strain relief plates with cord grip function the user can quickly assemble, organise and strain relieve cables according to EN 62444.
EMC cable entry systems
In case of conducted as well as field bound EMI disturbances, our split cable entry system EMC-KEL-DS and our split cable gland EMC-KVT-DS offer an effective way to divert and block those disturbances and provides an alternative to conventional EMC cable glands — especially when routing cables with connectors.
Hygienic cable entry plates for the food industry
With the membrane based hygienic cable entry plates, cables or pneumatic hoses can be quickly and space-efficiently routed into control cabinets, panels and machines and can be sealed with certified protection classes up to IP66 / IP68 (acc. to EN 60529). Hygienic icotek cable entry plates are cost, space and time saving alternatives to hygienic stainless steel cable glands.
Split cable glands for cables with connectors
By using split cable glands by icotek pre-terminated cables with diameters from 1 to 35 mm can be quickly routed into enclosures, control panels or machines and be sealed with up to IP66 / IP68 / UL type 4X rated ingress protection (certified according to EN 60529 / UL50-E). In addition, the cable glands serve as strain reliefs on the cable. The split cable glands enable quick and easy assembly which is great for retrofits and maintenance.
Split cable entry systems for cables with connectors
Using the patented grommet based icotek cable entry system, a large number of pre-terminated cables (up to 65 mm in diameter) and cables without connectors (up to 75 mm in diameter) can be quickly routed into enclosures, control panels or machines and be sealed with up to IP66 / UL type 4X rated ingress protection (certified according to EN 60529 / UL50-E). In addition, the cable entry frames serve as strain reliefs on the cable (acc. to EN 62444). The split cable entry system enables quick and easy assembly which is great for retrofits and maintenance.
