Wir als Certified System Integrator von Universal Robots (UR) haben uns auf Automatisierungslösungen mit Leichtbaurobotern spezialisiert. Damit dürfen wir – als einer von wenigen Vertragspartnern von Universal Robots in Deutschland – alle UR-Produkte liefern und integrieren. Universell einsetzbare kollaborierende Leichtbauroboter Im Bereich der Automation automatisieren kollaborierende Leichtbauroboter von UR, auch Cobots genannt, industrielle Standardprozesse. Die Roboterarme sind höchst flexibel, da sie über sechs Bewegungsachsen verfügen, die die Bewegungen des menschlichen Arms nachvollziehen können. Es gibt sie in vier verschiedenen Ausführungen und Größen für unterschiedliche Nutzlasten. Die UR-Roboter lassen sich einfach in ein vorhandenes Produktionsumfeld einbinden und sind auch für Anwendungen in klein- und mittelständischen Unternehmen eine lohnenswerte Anschaffung. Zum Einsatz kommen die Industrieroboter z. B. in diesen Branchen: Automobilindustrie und -zubehör, Elektronik, Metallverarbeitung, Chemie und Pharmaindustrie. So kann ein UR-Roboterarm u. a. beim Kleben und Montieren, bei der Maschinenbeschickung, Palettierung und Verpackung, beim Pick-and-Place sowie bei der Qualitätsprüfung den gesamten Produktionsablauf effizienter gestalten und optimieren. Die Cobots können dank ihrer patentierten Sicherheitstechnologie nach erfolgreich abgeschlossener Risikobeurteilung ohne Schutzumhausung direkt neben dem Menschen zum Einsatz kommen. Eine intuitive Bedienoberfläche befähigt Anwender, den Roboter schnell einzurichten und zu programmieren. Damit sind unsere Cobots innerhalb von wenigen Stunden einsatzbereit. Durch das branchenweit größte Ökosystem an zertifizierten Peripheriegeräten und Anwendungs-Kits (Universal Robots+) ermöglichen wir es Betrieben, Anwendungen mit Cobots einfach und passgenau zu gestalten.

FlexiBowl

What is FlexiBowl®? FlexiBowl® is the flexible parts feeding system for automated production lines using industrial robot or cobots. It is patented and produced by ARS S.r.l. and sold in more than 40 countries worldwide, including through authorized distributors. FlexiBowl® optimizes parts feeding by ensuring more parts are available for pick-up by the gripper in every cycle. The system improves overall feed rates, increases productivity and reduces changeover times. How does the flexible system work? The parts are fed onto a disc by one or more hoppers and positioned optimally. The combined action of the pulse generator and the rotational movement means every single part is quickly stabilized so that the robot can pick and place it as efficiently as possible. Which plug-in do you need? Communication between the robot, PLC or vision system and FlexiBowl® is actuated via Ethernet or I/O and made easier by a communication plug-in available for almost all industrial robots and PLCs.
