Module for Compensation: AXIS Floating Compensation Unit
The AXIS-SA50 compensation unit is designed to compensate positional deviations in assembly and joining processes in mechanical engineering. It is used wherever components must be joined precisely despite manufacturing tolerances—such as during contacting or press-fit operations. The integrated spring-loaded centering mechanism ensures automatic, stress-free alignment of the components. This effectively compensates misalignment and prevents mechanical jamming—even during repeated cycles in automated operation. The module compensates for a radial offset of ±1 mm in the XY direction as well as a rotational angle of ±3°, while reliably transmitting high forces along the Z axis—both in tension and compression. Its compact dimensions of Ø 50 mm × 36 mm make it ideal for gripper assemblies, joining units, and applications with limited installation space. Thanks to its compliant design, the AXIS-SA50 compensation unit reduces mechanical peak loads and protects adjacent components such as robot flanges or adapter elements from premature wear. It improves centering during joining, minimizes assembly stresses, and significantly increases long-term process reliability.

Stable and robust: Column bases PEX-MS and PEX-DS
Secure column bases are the basis of UVERSA's flexible column construction system. Our PEX series includes stable modules to hold one or two columns. As bases, they are perfect for mounting to work surfaces or integrating into assemblies. PEX-MS (mono pedestal) and PEX-DS (duo pedestal) are available in different sizes and colors. The dimensions of the modules depend on the size of the columns to be accommodated. The standard color is black anodized. Other colors are red, blue, green and gold anodized. In addition, the PEX modules are available with an ESD conductive coating.

Simple and Modular: EVO Fasteners
UVERSA's other basic modules include the EVO fasteners. These modules are ideal for connecting elements within an assembly. With the EVO series, portals can be built quickly and easily. Depending on the module, the EVO connecting elements allow one or two columns of different sizes to be accommodated. They are designed in two or more parts. This means that the elements can be easily integrated into existing assemblies at a later date. The modular EVO series is available in the different designs EVO-DT, EVO-MT, EVO-MM, EVO-DM, EVO-KM and EVO-MV. The connecting elements are available in the standard color black anodized as well as the special colors red, blue, green and gold anodized or optionally with ESD conductive coating.

Precise assembly: DIA-SR adjusting rings
Precise settings are a prerequisite for high quality in mechanical engineering. Our DIA-SR adjusting rings enable precise heights to be set. This allows mono and duo modules or other elements to be mounted with positional accuracy. The DIA-SR modules are available in various sizes and colors. The dimensions of the adjusting rings depend on the size of the columns used. Our adjusting rings are available in the standard color black anodized as well as in the special colors red, blue, green and gold anodized. On request, we can also supply DIA-SR with an ESD conductive coating.

Extremely variable and flexible: VARO-JM adjustment models
Manufacturing tolerances can always occur in the mechanical design. Our VARO-JM adjustment models are the ideal module extension to compensate for these and keep them as low as possible. The VARO-JM adjustment models are used for exact adjustment of the elements in the xy-range. They can be attached to work surfaces or integrated into assemblies. The column bases from our PEX series can be easily mounted on them. Like all our modules, the VARO-JM series is available in different colors and sizes. The dimensions of the modules depend on the size of the columns to be accommodated. In addition to the standard color black anodized, VARO-JM is available in the special colors red, blue, green and gold anodized as well as with an ESD conductive coating.

Versatile and adaptable: SENO sensor series
In an increasingly networked world, sensors in assembly fixtures are becoming more and more important. Our various modules in the SENO sensor series allow an intelligent column design to accommodate sensors, photoelectric sensor holders and cameras. The SENO series also includes elements that enable mounting on conveyor systems. SENO modules are available in black anodized finish.

Complementary and Functional: ELO Accessory Elements
The ELO series offers perfectly tailored accessory elements designed as enhancements to our existing modules. Whether as the ELO-MH module holder or the ELO-VK end caps for hollow shafts, the ELO modules provide additional flexibility and protection within modular setups. They integrate seamlessly into existing systems, ensuring optimal functionality. As always, ELO elements are available in various sizes and come standard in black anodized finish. This allows you to quickly and efficiently expand your constructions with essential auxiliary functions.

Customized Connectors: Columns/Shafts VIA-VSE, VIA-HSE, VIA-HS
Efficient column design requires variable connecting elements. With our VIA series, a wide variety of superstructures can be configured with just a few standard elements. UVERSA's VIA products include columns and INA shafts in various lengths. The robust hollow and solid columns are made of ground or induction hardened stainless steel.

Column Structure Systems:: Flexible Solutions with Mono- and Duo-Modules
The products offered by uversa act as the essential interface between automation technology (linear guides, cylinders, gripper systems, sensors, etc.) and the installation space. Over recent years, we have developed a highly refined modular system for this purpose. Frequently used components for column structures have been standardized, optimized, and perfectly aligned to offer them as standard solutions in various sizes. This eliminates the need to reinvent the wheel when designing column structures. Machine and plant builders can rely on our established system. The process, from planning with our CAD data to assembling the structure with our individual components, is efficient and user-friendly. The advantages of our components become particularly evident in special-purpose machinery applications, especially when flexibility, stability, load capacity, and precision are key requirements. Mounted components can be precisely adjusted and aligned using our base modules, ensuring accurate compensation for tolerances. Our elements are ideally suited for assembly fixtures or as stands for light barriers, proximity switches, and similar devices. Thanks to our flexible and fully compatible modules, many conventional and often costly assembly systems can be replaced. The uversa modular system of standard components is meticulously designed, remarkably simple, and can be customized for any project, allowing for limitless expansion of your column structure in any direction.
