Starting with solutions for manual workstations, our spring separators separate and detangle your springs, allowing the operator to insert them into your product simultaneously using both hands.
In addition, in the area of automatic bulk material solutions, we supply reliable systems with our spring feeders, which include integrated detanglers, for automatically delivering your springs individually to your assembly site.
For demanding springs, our spring coiling machines allow you to produce your springs directly on the assembly line. These automatic spring coilers can be equipped with various control devices, including a heat treatment station, for process monitoring and better control.

Feeders
Spiral conveyors for accurate feeding and parts preparation. With a bunker for parts storage, a linear rail or conveyor belt for parts buffering, and a separator, all mounted on a base plate and optionally available with a base frame or soundproof enclosure.
Spring Coilers
Pneumatic and CNC-controlled spring coiling machines for cylindrical and conical springs. Production of compression springs or rings directly on the assembly line. High process reliability and machine availability. Cost-effective for both low and high cycle rates. The spring coiling machines can be enhanced with a number of Tekda production features, such as: Tekda Pick-up Station and Manual Removal This allows the springs to be removed manually from the spring coiling machine after they have been completely coiled. Tekda Heat Treatment This involves heating the produced springs to stabilize the spring's settling behavior and maintain a constant spring length. Tekda Force and Length Control This checks the force and length of the springs before they are fed to the assembly line.
Spring feeders
Feeding springs in the correct orientation with integrated detangling. Our spring feeders can also be used for other tangled parts, such as stamped or bent parts, to detangle and separate them. Our transfer system can be designed as a hose outlet or linear rail, with or without separation. The separation system ensures that the detangled parts are provided individually. A part transfer with handling is also possible.
Spring separators
Spring Detanglers The manual Tekda spring separators are easy-to-use spring detanglers for manual workstations. Easy to use, they eliminate the laborious, time-consuming, and therefore expensive process of manual detangling. A wide range of different sized and heavy, cylindrical or conical springs can be separated. The devices can also be used to separate rings, metal parts, and plastic parts, so-called tangled parts. The Tekda spring detanglers are designed for manual workstations and can be placed directly on the bench. They are easy to set up, connect, and operate. No training or instruction is required. Effective Detangling Technology By manually filling the tangled springs into the mechanical centrifuge, the parts are set in rotation. The springs are then detangled and ejected individually. The same device can be used for different spring types. Springs that are not detangled on the first pass can simply be refilled into the detangler.
