Turning

WE'VE GOT THE HANG
We are professionals in the field of CNC turning. We manufacture workpieces with diameters ranging from 3 to 300 mm on efficient and high-precision turning centers. Our ideal batch size is between 100 and 100,000 pieces. Reliable turning operations are ensured by cutting-edge technology from Biglia, DMG MORI, Miyano, and Star.

Our CNC programmers have access to state-of-the-art CAD/CAM workstations.

We rely on the cooperation of all renowned tool manufacturers in the world to solve machining problems and test their most innovative products.

Milling

WE LEAVE OUR MARK
On our HURCO CNC milling centers, we manufacture prismatic workpieces up to 500 x 500 x 500 mm in size. We process series quantities of 10 to 1,000 pieces.

Our programmers work on state-of-the-art CAD/CAM workstations. We quickly and efficiently create CNC programs for 3- to 5-axis machining from native 3D data.

We tackle the machining challenges of everyday machining with efficient milling tools from renowned tool manufacturers.

Grinding

GRINDING IS OUR HIGHEST PRECISION
With our CNC cylindrical grinding machines, we achieve measurable precision in the µm range.

Our ideal batch sizes are series of 100 – 10,000 pieces. We machine workpieces up to 80 mm in diameter and a maximum length of 500 mm.

Thanks to Swiss-quality machines from STUDER, we can guarantee the highest process reliability. This grinding technology is complemented and perfected by centerless and conventional machines. Our belt grinding and polishing system rounds out the complete range for surface improvement.

Surface

SURFACE PROCESSING
Do you want to change the surface of a workpiece? No problem, we offer:
