MRC01/MRCU - Roboter Controller for AZ stepping motors and OVR robots
MRC01/MRCU Robot Controller – Overview The MRC01 is a versatile robot controller designed to integrate in-house developed robots into existing systems. It allows simple programming and control via EtherNet/IP™ and communicates with AZ Series motors and actuators through RS-485. The MRCU builds on this concept as a compact plug-and-play solution, integrating the drivers for AZ motors (DC power) directly into the controller housing. This eliminates the need for external driver modules, reducing wiring complexity and installation time. World-K Series - AC induction motor
World K Series – Robust Induction Motors The World K Series from Oriental Motor offers reliable induction motors designed for continuous operation with constant torque. Available in various power ratings from 1 W to 200 W. Spur gearheads and right-angle gearboxes with hollow shafts are available to adapt torque and speed. Electromagnetic brakes are optionally available for selected motor sizes, specifically designed to hold loads in vertical applications.

BMU/BLE2 Series - Brushless DC motors with matching drivers
BMU & BLE2 Series – AC-powered Brushless DC Motors with a Shared Motor Lineup Both series use the same compact motor lineup (30–400 W, 80–4,000 rpm) with spur, flat, or planetary gearheads. H1 food-grade grease is available for spur gear types (30–120 W only). Motors are available with IP66 or IP67 protection, making them suitable for demanding environments. The key difference lies in the driver functionality. BMU Series Simple speed control via rotary push-dial on the driver, four fixed speeds programmable, with display for speed and load factor, and built-in protections. Plug-type motor cable enables quick, tool-free setup – ideal for straightforward applications. BLE2 Series Enhanced features: up to 16 programmable speeds, multiple control options (analog voltage, external potentiometer, digital inputs), torque limiting, and load-holding for vertical axes (with optional brake). Includes digital display on the driver. The stainless steel version of the BLE2 series features 200 W output power, an integrated hollow-shaft flat gearbox, and protection ratings of IP67/IP69K – ensuring maximum reliability even under the toughest conditions. αSTEP AZX Series – Servo Motor with Mechanical Multiturn Encoder Battery-free absolute positioning up to ± 900 (or ± 1,800) revolutions via integrated mechanical multiturn encoder (ABZO). Designed for positioning and continuous operation: delivers high torque even at high speeds (up to 5,500 min⁻¹) thanks to SPM technology – with up to 3× higher peak torque compared to the AZ Series. Available in round-shaft or planetary gear versions (frame sizes 60–120 mm), with optional electromagnetic brake. Features advanced control and diagnostics, including sequence control (timers, loops, conditions) via MEXE02 software. AZ Series – Hybrid Stepper Motors with Mechanical Absolute Encoder The AZ Series combines hybrid stepper motor technology with a built-in, battery-free mechanical multi-turn absolute encoder (ABZO sensor). This enables absolute positioning over ±900 (or ±1,800) revolutions without the need for external sensors. Motors run open-loop under normal operation for smooth, vibration-free motion and switch automatically to closed-loop control under load changes to ensure reliable positioning without loss of synchronism.
