SERAC electric cylinders
Ortlieb linear drive systems are used wherever rotary movements need to be converted into precise linear movements. Our products - from electric cylinders and spindle drives to planetary roller screws - cover the entire range of applications: from compact positioning movements to powerful adjustment axes in machines and systems. Thanks to state-of-the-art manufacturing technology, Ortlieb drives guarantee maximum positioning accuracy, long service life, and minimal maintenance intervals. Energy efficiency and precision in focus Compared to hydraulic or pneumatic systems, Ortlieb linear actuators are more energy-efficient, quieter, and more precise. Their precise controllability allows for reproducible positioning even at high speeds and forces. Because of their robust design, they are also low-maintenance and built for a long service life - a decisive advantage in industrial environments.

Planetary Roller Screw (PWG)
ASCA® is based on the planetary roller screw (PWG) design principle, originally developed for aerospace applications. This allows the rotary motion of a motor to be directly converted into linear motion. High power in a compact design: The dimensions of the ASCA® servo spindle can be made exceptionally compact relative to the power achieved. Since the reduction function of a planetary gearbox is integrated into the design, the motor can be connected directly without an additional gearbox.
