EI&C engineering
We handle the concept, basic, and detailed engineering of all electrical consumers and control elements for your process plants and building technology. You can rely on us 100% – from the smallest measurement signal to medium voltage. GAMP Qualification
Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) represents the standards and guidelines designed to ensure the quality, reliability, and safety of systems and processes, for example, in biotechnology, food processing, and pharmaceuticals. Our qualification services include: - Creation of GMP documentation according to GAMP 5 - Conducting control cabinet and software Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) - Line testing and installation qualification (IQ) - Functional testing and operational qualification (OQ)
IT and OT services
We offer customized solutions for your automation projects, both at the network level and in terms of software solutions, tailored precisely to your application. We design network topologies and implement IT and OT networks, including all security levels, for your process plants. On the application side, we develop complex interfaces to ERP and MES systems or databases: - Interfaces to ERP systems such as SAP - Interfaces to MES systems such as Werum and Simatic IT - OSIsoft PI applications and interfaces - Database applications - Web applications - IT and MES systems deployed. EI&C-Installation
We handle electrical and instrumentation and control installations for process plants, including in hazardous areas and clean rooms. You can be assured that we will provide a perfect solution for every need – from individual cables to enclosed stainless steel cable tray systems and pneumatic and hydraulic piping. Our installation services include: - Cable trays and risers - Enclosed stainless steel duct and pipe systems - Power and control cabling for low, medium, and extra-low voltage - Custom mounting brackets for tray systems, instrumentation, and control cabinets - Pneumatic piping in plastic tubing or stainless steel pipe - Small stainless steel pipe installation for pneumatic, hydraulic, and lubrication systems - Sensor installation including differential pressure lines - Transmitter parameterization and/or calibration - Commissioning, service, and maintenance
Projek Automation
We offer a variety of scalable solutions – from small controllers with a control panel to process control systems with recipe systems and interfaces to MES and ERP. We handle the design and implementation of your process automation using a wide range of technologies. GAMP qualification is, of course, possible. The following solution approaches are conceivable, for example: - PLC with control panel - SCADA visualization as a standalone or client/server architecture - Recipe management and logging as an add-on to the visualization Process control systems with batch processing. - Data connection to ERP and MES as a customized solution or based on configurable systems. - We guarantee error-free generation of functions from the PLC to the SCADA system Siemens WinCC, iFix or COPA-DATA Zenon with batch processing, as many programming processes and interfaces are automated.
EI&C process instrumentation
We provide manufacturer-independent engineering for the instrumentation and automatic valves of your process plants. Based on process data, we handle everything from order-ready specifications to fully parameterized and calibrated measuring instruments. Let us take care of everything. Our instrumentation services include: - Instrumentation concepts (conventional, fieldbus, or wireless) - Detailed specifications for instruments and valves based on process data and P&I diagram - Tendering, supplier selection - Delivery, on-site storage - Installation and piping of process connections - Parameterization - Calibration of process equipment
