Schnaithmann Maschinenbau GmbH, based in Remshalden, offers solutions for assembly, material flow and handling technology. The family company was founded in 1985 by Karl Schnaithmann with the core idea of a standardized modular system for assembly technology. Today, the system supplier for automation technology has a wide range of products and services: from individual components to planning to the complete system, Schnaithmann offers full-service automation from a single source. Schnaithmann offers its own, flexible profile systems for low automation and workplace solutions. The scalable systems are aligned with lean production concepts and developed depending on the level of automation, complexity and quantities. Schnaithmann implements modular transfer systems for material flow and production in a wide variety of application areas, from double-track belts for the assembly of electronic components in clean rooms to chain and belt conveyors in the area of machining. In plant engineering for assembly and automation, Schnaithmann uses its know-how to increase the performance of modern production systems, from engineering the hardware and software through assembly, programming and commissioning to appropriate project management and after-sales service. Schnaithmann has over 260 employees and an above-average training rate. The employees play a central role in the company's philosophy: they are the only ones who make the company's success possible. To date, Schnaithmann has successfully implemented over 1,000 projects worldwide with an export share of around 50 percent. Important industries include automobile manufacturing and its suppliers, electromobility and safety assistance systems, machine tool construction, electronics manufacturing and the consumer goods industry.

CONFIGURE TRANSFER SYSTEMS EASILY AND SAFELY Configure transfer systems online free of charge and without prior knowledge. Our Schnaithmann planning tool is much more than just a configurator for individual conveyor belts, belt routes or conveyor belts. EasyGo saves you the hassle of configuring individual transfer components and downloading many different CAD models. With our browser-based tool you can configure complete transfer systems easily and securely online in 2D and 3D. Thanks to the extensive program logic, you can increase the project planning quality and project communication without any additional effort. EasyGo supports you in selecting the right product series. Based on your requirements, you will receive recommendations and can choose the right Schnaithmann double-track belt system. Intuitive operation and 3D CAD models Can you record your ideas on a rough 2D sketch? Then you will be able to configure your individual belt system in EasyGo within a few minutes. Simply sketch out the desired transport route for your components and EasyGo will take care of the rest. The required Schnaithmann transfer components such as belt sections, belt supports and curves or lifting transverse units as corner translators are automatically inserted and correctly positioned. Of course, you can then configure the individual transfer components individually and in detail. You can easily export created configurations as a CAD file in STEP or STL formats and then continue working immediately in your own planning environment. You can also save the project you have created, edit it later or send us a non-binding request.
