High-voltage relay RL 20
The RL 20 high-voltage relay is the further development of our proven high-voltage relays with forcibly guided contacts for two changeover contacts and integrated, constructive contact protection. The new mode of operation has reduced the contact resistances. In addition, there are now screw terminals and an auxiliary contact that functions as a normally closed contact. Electromechanical relays for system and switch cabinet construction have proven themselves thousands of times over.

High-Voltage Connectors Series 22
Multi-pole connectors up to 7,000 V and 30 A. Individually configurable with up to 14 poles for flexible applications in test systems and adapters. Combines high voltage, low voltage, and compressed air.

High-Voltage Connectors Series 51 71 91
High-voltage connectors for voltages up to 7,000 V and currents up to 30 A. The round plug connections are available from 1-pole to max. 9-pin. The robust mechanical design is suitable for use in industrial environments. For flexible applications, we recommend our Series 22 high-voltage connectors. These Series 22 connectors can be fitted with up to 14 connections. A combination with compressed air, mains voltages and high voltages is also possible.

High-voltage cable
If voltages above 230 V are used, appropriate components are also required to cope with these voltages. The cables are then of particular, central interest. Dielectric strength, insulation resistance and current load must correspond exactly to the application. As a leading manufacturer of high-voltage testing technology, SPS electronic also offers high-voltage cables for a wide range of applications. Most of these cables are in-house developments with the highest quality standards and are only available from us.

High-voltage test probe SP 02 and SP 03
The most important procedure in all safety tests is the high-voltage test. This test is very often carried out manually, with the safety test probe forming the link between the person, the high-voltage test device and the DUT. It is intended to safely contact the high voltage, but also to protect the person from life-threatening contact with the high voltage. The SP 02 and SP 03 safety test probes fully meet these requirements. In addition, great importance was attached to the ergonomics and handling of the probes. Especially when testing hundreds of times a day, this point plays a decisive role in test comfort and therefore also test safety. The high-voltage test probes from SPS electronic are available with or without a start switch and with different cable lengths.
