TX2-90 Six-axis robot
The TX2‑90 is one of the most versatile robotic arms in the TX2 range, engineered to deliver high speed, exceptional precision, and outstanding rigidity for medium-sized cells. With its robust design and advanced performance, this robot is perfectly suited for industries requiring accuracy and reliability, such as metalworking, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and other demanding or sensitive environments. The TX2‑90 family includes three models to match a wide range of applications: TX2‑90 with standard reach TX2‑90L offering an extended working envelope TX2‑90XL providing the longest reach in the series Equipped with optional SIL 3 / PL e safety functionalities, the TX2‑90 series enables safe and efficient human‑robot collaboration without sacrificing productivity. With payload capacities of up to 14 kg and a maximum reach of 1,450 mm (depending on the model), the TX2‑90 series combines power, precision, and flexibility—making it an ideal solution for diverse automation scenarios.
TS2-60 SCARA robotic arm
The TS2-60 combines extended reach (620 mm) with the hallmark speed and precision of the TS2 family. Capable of ultra short cycle times and repeatability down to ±0.01 mm, it delivers exceptional performance for assembly, packaging, inspection and electronics manufacturing. Its fully encapsulated design ensures IP65 protection and compatibility with hygienic, pharmaceutical, or ESD environments.
Cleanroom-Roboterbaureihen
Stäubli Cleanroom robots meet ISO 14644-1 class 2 (SCR version) and class 4 (CR version) standards and feature a totally enclosed arm with a glossy polyurethane surface, capable of high dexterity. Compared to other wafer robots, the Stäubli SCR and CR robots offer greater flexibility, higher payload capacity, and extended reach, perfectly meeting the challenges of wafer/photomask/carrier/cassette handling. A compact arm footprint also helps to save precious space in dedicated machines.
ESD-compliant robot series
Our ESD robot range meets all the requirements of the electronics industry. Our 4 and 6 axis robots are designed to prevent electrostatic discharges in order to safely handle electronic components. They can operate in EPA (ESD protected area) for various applications such as PCB assembly, any kind of part inspection or testing and packaging of electronic consumer goods.
HE-Robots

TX2-140 Six-axis robot
The TX2-140 is a versatile compact mid‑payload with best‑in‑class repeatability (±0.015 mm). Its balanced combination of reach, power, and tight accuracy makes it ideal for applications such as laser cutting, machine tending, handling, quality inspection, and advanced assembly where floor space and reliability matter. Engineered for reliability in both standard and sensitive environments, the TX2-140 also supports optional SIL3 / PL e safety features, enabling seamless human robot collaboration while maintaining productivity and uptime. With a load capacity of up to 40 kg and a reach of 1,510 mm, the TX2-140 provides exceptional flexibility for applications where footprint, strength, and precision matter.
TX2-160 Six-axis robot
The TX2-160 stands at the upper end of the medium payload segment of the TX2 range. Its perfect balance between long reach, load capacity, and exceptional path accuracy makes it ideal for laser cutting, machine tending, material handling, and advanced assembly. The TX2-160 series come in 2 models, TX2-160 with standard reach and TX2-160L with an extended reach. Designed for both industrial and sensitive environments, the TX2-160 can also be equipped with SIL3 / PL e certified safety options, enabling safe collaborative workflows without sacrificing cycle times. Offering a load capacity of up to 40 kg and a maximum reach of 2,010 mm, the TX2-160 combines power and reach to handle larger parts, longer working envelopes, and more demanding automation scenarios.
TX2-200 Six-Axis Robot Series
The TX2‑200 is the highest‑capacity robot in the TX2 range, delivering the ideal combination of high speed, rigidity and precise path accuracy for heavy‑duty automation. The TX2-200 series come in 2 models, TX2-200 with standard reach and TX2-200L with an extended reach. Designed for both harsh and sensitive environments, it features a fully encapsulated IP65 (and IP67 with pressurized version) structure, large chemical compatibility and optional SIL 3 / PL e safety functions, ensuring reliable operation and safe collaboration. With a payload of up to 170 kg and a reach of 2,609 mm, the TX2‑200 offers the power, stability and precision required for demanding tasks such as palletizing, machine loading/unloading and large‑part handling.
