STEIN Link. INTELLIGENT INTERLINKING IN INTRALOGISTICS
With STEIN Link, we have developed an innovative shuttle system that makes internal material flow more flexible and efficient. The focus is on maximum adaptability, easy integration, and future-proofing - features that are crucial for modern assembly and logistics processes. The system transports workpiece carriers, crates, or customer-specific superstructures with a payload of up to 80 kg at a speed of up to 50 m/min – directly on the shuttle. A robust aluminum T-profile ensures high tilt stability and smooth running even with off-center loads. A key advantage is the wireless power supply: The shuttles do not require power rails or energy supply along the route. Replaceable batteries ensure the power supply; when the charge level is low, the shuttle automatically drives to the exchange station. The battery can be changed manually or automatically. A battery management system continuously monitors the charge level and ensures maximum availability. RFID tags define logical sections for position and route control. Central software regulates traffic flow, entry permissions, and speed - depending on route occupancy and priorities. In addition, proximity sensors on the shuttle ensure gentle braking when obstacles are encountered. The system has a modular design: switches, curves, lifts, and locks can be easily added. Installation requires only a few screws and can even be done under the ceiling to save space. This makes STEIN Link particularly suitable for retrofit applications or systems with frequent layout changes. The result is a scalable, low-maintenance, and future-proof conveyor system with minimal cabling. STEIN Link helps companies make their processes more efficient, sustainable, and flexible - an innovative contribution to the factory of the future.
STEIN 300- THE MAIN ARTERY OF AN ASSEMBLY LINE
Over 30 years of experience with more than 3900 individual customer systems have gone into perfecting STEIN 300. As a result, today STEIN 300 is an optimally coordinated transfer system consisting of an extensive portfolio of sub-assemblies with which the most diverse production processes can be implemented.
STEIN 400 - GENTLE HEAVY-DUTY CONVEYOR
STEIN 400 transports large workpieces weighing up to 80 kg (176 lbs) effortlessly and safely through the production process. Thanks to the innovative STEIN SOFTMOVE technology, even these heavy weights are transported collision-free, quietly and parti-cularly gently.
STEIN 300 e - STRONG WHEN IT COMES TO ELECTRICS
STEIN supports the trend towards electrification with the STEIN 300e, which is based on the STEIN 300. Instead of pneumatics, the stoppers, converters or centering devices are controlled by electric drives. This is a great advantage, especially for clean rooms. As a side effect, you support the green thumb for your production.
STEIN Softmove - EXTREMLY SOFT TRANSPORT WITH THE GREATEST EFFICIENCY
Thanks to SOFTMOVE, we transport our customers' products from station to station very gently and with the highest energy efficiency. The intelligent EC motors are controlled directly via STEIN CONTROL and can therefore prevent hard impacts. Motors are switched off as soon as they are not needed. This saves energy and reduces wear. STEIN SOFTMOVE drastically reduces noise and leads to a pleasant working environment.

CONFIGURATION INSTEAD OF PROGRAMMING With STEIN CONTROL, STEIN takes over the control of production processes and communication with the workstations. The sophisticated and proven control system has been in use on the market for over 25 years and impresses users with its ease of use and flexibility. Order management, product management and especially the schedule can be easily created and changed without PLC programming knowledge. Especially in times of Industry 4.0, vertical integration has been possible for many years with STEIN CONTROL (ERP/MES).

In this position, you will support existing STEIN customers while continuously developing new business opportunities with new and existing customers.
