As an engineering company, TEAM Automation Berlin has been specializing for about 20 years in designing and constructing customer specific special machines and plants worldwide. Customized solutions support clients in the areas of measurement, testing, control and regulation, especially in automating production processes. Based on individual customer requirements, flexible and efficient automation solutions are developed that integrate the necessary processes into existing workflows and often deliver economic benefits as well. When realising projects, the company relies on innovative technologies and works closely with component manufacturers.

Fully automated machines
Fully automatic assembly systems interconnected either by a flexible workpiece-carrier circulation system or by robots that work in unison.
Semi-automated machines
We create semi-automatic assembly systems according to customer requirements and using various processes, in which the placement and feeding of production parts is performed manually. These systems can later be fully automated if needed by retrofitting appropriate automatic material feeding units.
Manual Workstations
According to your requirements, we create manual workstations ranging from the simplest preassembly and assembly tasks to complex test or packaging stations, possibly also in conjunction with highly flexible production systems.
