WPS Professional – Efficient and reliable drum emptying
The WPS Professional Pump System enables the reliable transfer of medium- to high-viscosity media directly from the original container – efficient, gentle on materials and process-reliable. The robust pumping system is designed for continuous industrial operation and impresses with its durable construction, intuitive handling and easy maintenance. Control is via an integrated touch panel with a symbol-guided interface. Safety-relevant operations are managed using two-hand control. A container change wizard guides the operator through the change process, including automatic venting and follower plate positioning. This prevents errors and shortens downtime. Adjustable follower plate pressure feeds the medium evenly to the suction port – even with highly viscous pastes or contoured containers. This prevents air pockets and ensures almost complete container emptying. Continuous process monitoring increases operational reliability: the fill level is monitored and automatic shut-off prevents air intake and media loss. In addition, the system displays the contamination level of the filter. Warnings are issued via the display, LED or optionally acoustically. The WPS Professional can be fully integrated into modern production environments. A bus system (Modbus TCP) as well as digital inputs and outputs allow connection to higher-level control systems. Process parameters such as material pressure, container level or cycle count are available for remote visualisation and diagnostics. Three freely configurable alarm outputs support targeted monitoring. The system is available in two sizes for containers from 14 to 180 litres, optionally also as a mobile version on castors. Extensions such as an external emergency stop, container scanner or acoustic empty-message can be integrated. All components are designed for service-friendly access – ensuring minimal downtime and high system availability.

WPV Pulse Valve – precise, electric, contactless
The WPV Pulse Valve is an innovative, electrically operated application valve designed for the precise and contactless dispensing of low- to medium-viscosity media. As no compressed air lines are required, installation effort is significantly reduced and integration into production environments is simplified. With its compact design (134.5 × 25 × 45 mm) and integrated electronics, the WPV can be incorporated directly into new and existing systems without additional control hardware or software. An Ethernet-based bus system allows complete parameterisation, visualisation and remote diagnostics of all process parameters. For maximum process reliability, the valve is equipped with an integrated heater with temperature control for precise medium conditioning and – in the Professional version – a pressure sensor for monitoring the process pressure curve. Four digital inputs/outputs enable direct control of peripheral devices. A manual push button facilitates commissioning and maintenance, while an LED status indicator provides a constant signal of the operating state. The WPV is available in three variants with different features. All versions share identical dimensions, simplifying integration into production lines. Its modular design allows targeted replacement of individual components, reducing maintenance costs and minimising downtime. Thanks to its fully electric actuation, external pressure and temperature modules are no longer required, further lowering operating costs. Optional software add-ons such as Ethernet bus, needle stroke monitoring or multi-parameter sets, along with firmware upgrades, ensure long-term adaptability and future viability. With the WPV Pulse Valve, users benefit from a compact, flexible and economical solution that sets new standards in contactless media application through advanced control and monitoring technology.

WSV Spray Valve – compact, smart, energy-efficient
The WSV is an electric spray valve for the reliable application of media ranging from low to high viscosity. With its compact design (134.5 × 25 × 45 mm) and integrated electronics, it can be embedded directly into new or existing production systems without additional control hardware. Via an Ethernet-based bus connection, all process data can be fully configured and visualised using a web-based dashboard. Features include four digital inputs/outputs for controlling peripheral devices, an optional valve heating unit with temperature regulation and – in the Professional version – a pressure sensor for monitoring the process pressure profile. An integrated push button allows manual triggering to check the spray pattern, simplifying commissioning and maintenance. The WSV offers real-time monitoring and documentation of key process parameters. Remote configuration and diagnostics via the web interface enable efficient fault detection. Alarms and messages can be freely configured and linked to specific process values. This enhances process capability, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and product quality. Compared with pneumatic or hydraulic solutions, the electric actuation of the WSV provides highly precise control with reduced energy consumption. This results in significantly lower operating costs, particularly in energy-intensive applications. The three versions BASIC, ADVANCED and PROFESSIONAL covers different requirements. All variants share identical dimensions and can be easily integrated into systems thanks to their modular design. Replaceable components reduce maintenance costs and downtime. Add-ons such as Ethernet bus, needle stroke monitoring or multi-parameter sets, as well as firmware updates, extend functionality and keep the WSV spray valve up to date.
