GRIPKIT LS
LABORATORY AUTOMATION RETHOUGHT With GRIPKIT LS, Weiss Robotics offers a hygienic Cobot gripper solution for life science automation. The automated handling of a wide variety of containers ensures precise and reproducible results – even as sample volumes increase. GRIPKIT LS also excels in sensitive environments: hazardous or infectious samplesbare handled safely and hygienically by the robot rather than by your human colleague. Thanks to direct control via the Cobot, integration is particularly easy – even without specialized automation experience. MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY WITH FLEXGRIP Equipped with Weiss Robotics’ innovative FLEXGRIP technology, GRIPKIT LS communicates seamlessly with the cobot controller via Modbus, ensuring effortless integration into your robot program. Both gripping range and force can be individually and dynamically adjusted in software to match the sample size – providing maximum flexibility in handling. HYGIENIC CONSTRUCTION The polished housing, sealed on the control side, meets the highest requirements of hygiene, durability, and cleanability – making it the ideal choice for sensitive applications in laboratory and life science automation.

WPG Series
HIGH PERFORMANCE GRIPPING The large stroke with compact external dimensions and the wide gripping force range make the WPG series gripping modules to real all-rounders among today's servo grippers. Its powerful servo drive combined with a state-of-the-art grip controller enables short cycle times with precisely controlled gripping force for maximum reliability of the gripping process. SIMPLE PARAMETRIZATION The WPG series has a powerful, network-capable gripper controller that can be parameterized and diagnosed easily via web browser. ROBOT-BASED GRIPPING Together with leading robot manufacturers, Weiss Robotics provides ready-made and tested plugins with which you can seamlessly and effortlessly integrate the WPG series gripper modules into your own robot application. TRANSPARENT GRIPPING PROCESS Thanks to the integrated OPC-UA server, the WPG series can be connected directly to MES, ERP or the cloud for the first time without the need for additional components. This enables you to permanently monitor the process parameters in your gripping application in order to document processes and identify deviations at an early stage.

GRIPLINK-ET4 for smart robot end of arm tools integration
GRIPLINK brings the end-of-arm tool directly into your robot controller. GRIPLINK reduces the effort involved in integrating smart automation components into industrial robot applications to a minimum. GRIPLINK not only supports gripping modules from Weiss Robotics, but also a large number of sensors and actuators from leading manufacturers. The core of GRIPLINK technology is the GRIPLINK controller. It is the bridge between compatible IO-Link field devices and the robot controller. Thus, it is not an ordinary fieldbus master that would forward IO-Link signals 1:1. But thanks to its integrated driver architecture, GRIPLINK can abstract the function of the connected field devices and make them available to the robot controller using a standardized set of commands. GRIPLINK builds on the know-how of the respective device manufacturer in order to optimally implement the functionality of their device. In this way, smart field devices can be integrated into your own application with very little effort.

CLG 30-006
HYGIENIC DESIGN CLG - the world's smallest servo-electric gripper, combines the full expertise of Weiss Robotics on just 45 cm³. Due to his hygienic design with smallest gap dimensions the CLG guarantees perfect usability for clean applications. Whether for pharmaceutical applications, electronic parts handling or in the food industry, the CLG shows its strengths wherever particularly high hygienic requirements prevail. ADVANTAGE IO-LINK IO-Link is a fieldbus-independent interface that ensures seamless communication down to the "last meter" of the field level. With IO-Link, the CLG 30 can be connected to the control level via a cost-effective point-to-point connection. As an open interface, IO-Link can be integrated into all common fieldbus and automation systems. SENSOR-LESS PART DETECTION The CLG 30 has a built-in gripper control with gripper part recognition and grip monitoring. This guarantees safe handling even in difficult situations. Due to its precise servo-electric drive, the gripper fingers can be flexibly pre-positioned and thus different workpieces can be gripped without retooling. The otherwise common external proximity switches are not required, which minimizes the disturbing contour of the gripper and significantly increases process reliability.

IEG Plus Series
30% HIGHER GRIPPING FORCE The IEG PLUS series is the perfect choice for handling small workpieces in assembly automation. The patented belt kinematics enables precise and sensitive gripping over the entire stroke and has a 30% higher gripping force than the IEG series. Its twin-guided fingers guarantee maximum precision and robustness even in demanding applications. IMPROVED DESIGN Due to its splash-proof design, the IEG PLUS series is a flexible all-rounder. Thanks to its improved integrated gripping force control, even sensitive workpieces can be gripped with superiour reliablility at low gripping forces. COLLABORATIVE Thanks to the fundamentally revised housing design, collaborative applications now also benefit from the reliable IEG PLUS series. Ready-made GRIPKITs with suitable robot plugins are available for fast and easy integration into the robot application. IO-LINK The integrated IO-Link interface creates flexibility. It not only simplifies the connection to the process control using a standardized protocol, but also simplifies parameterization and diagnostics in the system. Always have your process under control. RELIABLE The robust and smooth-running roller bearing guide enables precise and sensitive gripping over the entire stroke. The gripping force is almost independent of the finger length. The maintenance-free brushless DC servo motor ensures high dynamics and a long service life.

INTRAPAL Series
NEXT-LEVEL AUTOMATION FOR YOUR INTRALOGISTICS The INTRAPAL servo gripper sets new standards in automated intralogistics handling. With its single-side actu-ated parallel kinematics, this powerful and compact gripper is perfectly suited for palletizing – whether in pro-duction, warehousing, or order picking. Thanks to the integrated gripping force control and the flexibly pre-positionable finger, the gripper adapts seamlessly to different formats and ensures a smooth material flow, even under changing requirements. FLEXIBLE – POWERFUL – ROBUST With an impressive load capacity of up to 60 kg, the INTRAPAL unlocks the full potential of your intralogistics application. Whether beverage crates, small load carriers (KLT boxes), or cartons – the gripper is suitable for use with both cobots and industrial robots. It enables fast, precise, and safe handling of a wide variety of load carriers. SEAMLESS INTEGRATION WITH GRIPLINK TECHNOLOGY Thanks to the integrated GRIPLINK technology, the INTRAPAL gripper from Weiss Robotics can be easily inte-grated into robot applications - without any complex adaptations or external interfaces. The gripper can be controlled directly from the robot application using the tried-and-tested GRIPLINK plug-ins. YOUR BENEFITS AT A GLANCE • High load capacity and excellent dynamics in a lightweight and compact design • Reliable, smart gripping solution for both industrial robots and cobots • Easy programming and commissioning via certified plugins for leading robot brands • Integrated finger interfaces for connecting smart IO-Link sensors directly to the gripper fingers • Technology package for tool I/O connection eliminates the need for external cable routing on cobots (optional)
