Witte Technology GmbH is your partner for the production of products made from all types of self-adhesive materials for nearly every conceivable application.
We have specialised in the industry-specific requirements of our customers and interested parties with dedicated sales areas for industrial, chemical and automotive technologies. Hence we are in a position to develop customer-specific solutions and provide you with targeted advice and support.

Products & services
Type plates – technikett®
Witte Technology manufactures customised self-adhesive labels, type plates and power rating plates on rolls, sheets or as individual plates in accordance with your requirements and specifications. A wide range of self-adhesive products are available, depending on the purpose of use. Type plates and labels for any application: - for difficult surfaces such as low-energy surfaces, e.g. - Polyethylene - Polypropylene - Structured surfaces such as hammer finish paint - Surfaces containing oil - With non-transferable film if there is a risk of forgery – cannot be removed without being destroyed and therefore not reusable - In the event of excessive stress cause by UV light or the effects of the weather - In the event of excessive mechanical stress - In the event of contact with solvents or chemicals - In extreme temperatures - Automatic - Unlimited variety of customer-specific colours - Post-inscription with a thermal transfer printer or laser printer possible - also with subsequent surface protection (e.g. lacquer protection) Complicated applications can be checked our in our own material testing area , in order to specify suitable materials or carry out testing in accordance with required standards.
Die-cut parts – plusform®
Self-adhesive and non-adhesive plusform® die-cut parts: Witte Technology will manufacture die-cut parts from a wide range of materials and material thicknesses for you in almost any shape you require (bump-on, flexible buffers, spacers and many more). plusform® die-cut parts can also be equipped for automated dispensing. Delivery is possible in rolls, as sheets or as individual parts.
Laminate-protected labels – plusprotect®
Your requirements: - Do you apply your variable data using thermal transfer printing? - Is your product exposed to aggressive chemical substances and has to withstand a high degree of mechanical stress? The solution: our patented plusprotect® system! The system consists of a blank label and a laminate protection label. These are manufactured next to each other. Precise positioning of the laminate on the printed label is possible due to special perforation in the carrier material. The system is compatible with your existing thermal transfer printer. If required by the customer, the plusprotect® labels can also be supplied with removable paint protection film.
plusform® - Front panels
We provide front panels in accordance with your specifications: Witte Technology will manufacture front panels, front films, membrane keyboards, decorative film, faces etc. for you from a wide variety of materials and thicknesses in almost any design that is required. Characteristics of plusform® front panels: Use of different materials in different thicknesses, which we equip with adhesive that is coordinated with your applications. The front panels are equipped with the colour system, which is usually applied between the film and the adhesive, protecting the printing from chemical and mechanical effects. Thermal transfer printers and accessories – plustrans®
Witte Technology is a printing system solution supplier. The plustrans® brand combines products for auto ID systems such as thermal transfer printers, coloured tapes, film labels, barcode readers, software for designing labels and printing labels, dispensers and RFID components.
Printed electronics - production conditions under clean room conditions
As an experienced full service partner for the development and production of printed and organic electronics, we give you insights into innovative, fully automatic production processes for a variety of flexible and rigid substrates (e.g. PET, PEN, TPU, PI, Kapton, PC and many more). Material thicknesses of 50 µm to 3 mm can be used. The production of the finest conductive structures (< 50 µm) with the highest quality standards requires experience and production conditions completely under clean room conditions. Witte Technologie GmbH offers the latest technology for the production of hybrid flexible electronics with precise footprints for connecting microchips.
