Bin picking
We make chaos efficient. In some manufacturing processes, situations arise where it proves more profitable to load the relevant parts unsorted into boxes or wire mesh containers. The challenge in the subsequent processing step lies in resolving or circumventing the resulting chaos as simply and efficiently as possible. With bin picking technology, 3D camera technology on the robot captures images of the disordered components in the container and identifies their contours. The robot can then precisely grasp the recognized shape and position the workpiece correctly for the next process. As an integrator of the Keyence Bin Picking System (you will be redirected to an external website via this link), we offer you the perfect combination of hardware and software. Keyence itself, with its innovative developments, is a global market leader in automation and quality assurance solutions. The system's unique feature is that the 3D image is captured by a special high-performance projector equipped with four separate cameras. This enables optimal data capture results without dead zones – regardless of position and orientation. For a smooth workflow!
