M12/20 X-coded circular connector with a removable color ring With our M12/20 type, AIXONTEC offers a unique, high-quality M12 overmolding with a 20 mm screw ring, which is naturally manufactured and overmolded in Germany. The X-coded M12/20 connector makes it easier to screw and unscrew the connector on-site, even with gloves. This type of robot is based on the principle of serial kinematics. All drives and motor cables are moved along. The robot has three (3) translational and three (3) rotational degrees of freedom. This robot mechanics was specially developed for grinding, polishing and deburring applications and is characterized by the offset wrist (angled hand). The robot has a compact, lightweight design. The use of carbon fiber components results in a slim and rigid arm construction. Abrasive dusts and liquids cannot penetrate the hand. Please note that this robot mechanism is based on a different kinematic model than a standard central wrist. Please discuss this with your control partner.
