Area Sales Manager / Technical Sales (m/f/d) Industry in the field Sales region Upper Franconia, Lower Franconia, and Upper Palatinate

Responsibilities
- Technical and commercial customer consulting for the development of system solutions in the field of industrial infrastructure (housing technology, air conditioning, power distribution, etc.)
- Acquisition of new customers and intensification of existing customer relationships in the Upper Franconia, Lower Franconia, and Upper Palatinate regions
- Conducting business negotiations and product presentations, as well as participating in trade fairs and workshops
- Regular coordination of customer activities with other business units and colleagues from subsidiaries
- Achieving sales targets in the sales territory and continuously expanding market share in the region
- Development, implementation, support, and management of projects
- Sales and budget responsibility for the sales territory
Profile
- Completed degree in engineering (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering) or comparable technical or commercial qualification, e.g., technician
- Sales experience in field sales, ideally in the area of technical product solutions
- Proficient in MS Office 365 and good CRM skills (C2C)
- Independent and structured working style
- High customer focus, initiative, and negotiation skills
- Team player with strong communication and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel, work from home within the sales territory
