
CAD Engineer (m/w/d)
YOUR TASKS
We are looking for a full-time Controller (m/f/d) to join our team in Paderborn as soon as possible, with the opportunity to work according to a hybrid working model.
As a controller, you will help us to exceed company targets. Your tasks:
Strategic & Operational Controlling: Independent development of controlling, including production controlling.
Business planning: Supporting management in preparing the annual business plan and business forecasts.
Process optimization: Identification and implementation of optimization potential.
Reporting and recommendations for action: Preparation of monthly and annual reports and formulation of recommendations for action based on financial analyses and risk forecasts.
Use of controlling tools: Selection, introduction and regular evaluation of suitable tools.

Are you ready?
You have successfully completed a technical degree or technical training (e.g. mechanical engineering, plant engineering, design, electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial mechanics).
You have at least 2 years of “design know-how” in special-purpose machine construction, the automation industry or plant engineering.
You are familiar with CAD systems and are proficient in using Solid Works.
You are also happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
You are fluent in German (C1) and have a good knowledge of English (B2).

Your tasks This is what you can expect with us: You develop the electrical concepts for our Malocherbots and take responsibility for the control cabinet construction. This includes, among other things, the independent creation of assembly plans for control cabinets, circuit diagrams and technical parts and cable lists.
